    We made a pool purchase early January, it arrived January 21. We had spent weeks prior prepping the ground and preparing for easy and efficient installation. Upon putting the pool up as the water was going in the pool was not holding the water. My husband noted water coming from the seams. Obviously unable to use. We contacted the seller and they told us we needed to contact the manufacturer as that would be a manufacturing issue. Therefore, my husband contacted them as well as sent pictures. As of today March 4th we spoke to yet another representative and got no where. They keep telling us they have to get one made and have no idea how long it will take. This has been over a month with no resolve. At this point just tried to return to the Amazon seller and conveniently now out of the window period for a return. We spent 1400$ on a pool we have not been able to use and no one seems to be able to help get the replaced equipment /liner needed to be functional
