This company has the worst customer service! We have sat at home waited for them for 4 hours. They showed up late to the appointments and when they do come, they give 10 minutes or less notice. It took more than 5 times and we missed our appointment to finally have our stove fixed. The first time they said they fixed it, it was still broken so we had to get them scheduled again. Absolutely the worst experience I had with repair technicians

(I wish I would give negative review for this business)They are very unprofessional, total loss of accountability. Their executive came to fix dishwasher and left it leaking. We discovered after 2 days when there was smell, by then there was a lot of damage done on the floor. When raised complaint to them, they ignored and said that you have signed waiver. Does it mean that customers are accountable for their mistakes? Total lack of accountability and responsibility. The repair to floor costed $3000, which we paid from our pocket.Avoid these scammers. If best buy or any other insurance assigns them to you, ask for another option for repairs.

This company was assigned by my home warranty insurance company. Five weeks have gone by as they try to repair the clothes dryer. It is a 20 year old machine. They replaced the belt and pulley first. Then the heating element broke. One time, they didnt show up to their own appointment. This is an extremely unprofessional company. I would say they are also uncaring. Im hoping they show up today. It costs $6.10 to do one load of laundry outside these days. With two teenagers, I have to do 5 loads a week. Thats 25 loads and 152 dollars. Ill be taking them to small claims to,Oreos.

I looked into your work order and it looks like the technician last visited you on 12/15/2023 for parts installation. I apologize for the missed appointment on 12/13, sometimes the technicians get stuck at a job or run late and they are not able to make it to an appointment. That is not an excuse, but be assured that we have had talks with the technician's about keeping communication with the customer. The job shows as completed on our end. If you are still experiencing problems with the dryer, you will have to reach out to your warranty company.

This company was assigned by my home warranty company to fix my washer/dryer and dishwasher. The two technicians rang my bell on Monday 8/7. When I opened the door, they didn't introduce themselves and pushed past me to barge into my house. As a woman I was felt extremely unsafe in my own home. They then walked all through my house with their work boots and when I asked them to put on booties they rolled their eyes and gave an annoyed sigh. The technicians would not answer my questions when I asked them what they were planning to do/ what the process was for inspection or repair. When I explained to him that my dryer was not heating and stopping in the middle of a cycle the technician wrote on his work order "No Problem With Dryer". The technician falsified the report right in front of me when he had me telling him the problems that the dryer has. I protested this and he said there was "nothing he could do." They turned on the cycle on each of my appliances for 1-2 minutes and were in my home for a total 9 minutes. I asked them if they could look at the appliances panels, the vents, and/or drain and he said "No I won't do that." I insisted that they work on the issues with my appliances and they laughed in my face and said "no we're leaving". This last interaction was caught on my ring camera.I immediately called A Go Home appliance repair and the ************ worker took down my complaint and said she would forward it onto management. I called back on Monday afternoon, Wednesday, and Friday of that week each time I was met with *************** has been sent your complaint, they will get back to you soon." Well here we are TWO WEEKS later and we have not heard anything from A Go Home Appliance Repair. This company does not care for their customers safety, and is not committed to doing what they are contracted to do.
