      Bought a product for my car, ended up not even fitting although it was advertised to. Requested a refund just to be told I have to pay over $100 to ship it back which was well over what I paid for the product. Their site closed my request and now theres nothing they can do about it. Will not be shopping eBay ever again !

      Terrible place to sale merchandise. They charge the buyer for shipping then the seller shipping label and take ***** 14% I sold 826$ worth of merchandise and only received 509.38$ this is unbelievable. eBay is a ripoff. How can they get away with robbing people? Do I see a class action lawsuit in the future

      23 years using ebay 100% rating and I purchased a camera doorbell from a seller that shipped using ********* Express shipping. Got in touch with seller a week past due date kept saying the item was on the way. 7 days later I received a delivery notice as I was leaving for work on a Sunday that it was just delivered at 4:30 am. Informed ebay that it was not delivered, they would not refund because seller showed tracking that it was. Also contacted ******, they would not refund either. Closed both accounts.

      eBay has no respect for there buyers. They take the sellers word over yours even though you can prove this seller is a scam. They say your order has been delivered even though you never receive it. I found out the tracking number for my order was a duplicate for another order. The post office told me the package went to the correct address. The post office will not tell you the persons name or the address it was delivered to but they did tell me it weighted 4 oz. I ordered 72 cans of tuna fish so I know that was not my order with a duplicate tracking number. The seller is a liar but eBay took there side and refused to refund my money! I have a few orders and when I get them, I AM THROUGH WITH THEM! Also they put my review as positive but all my feedback was very very negative. I dont see how they remain in business. They must be desperate to keep these lying and stealing sellers. I have been a customer for years and spent a great deal of money. They need to investigate some of these stealing sellers! eBay must be incompetent to take a sellers side over the postal service!!!!! Its the buyers that keep a business running and this company evidently needs NEW MANAGEMENT. They have no customer service or any number to reach them . That ought to tell you something. Think before you do business with shaka-2913. Just read the reviews of the buyers that never received there deliveries like myself.

      NO STARS...I purchased a passenger side headlight from ebay for ****** on Feb 27th plus another ***** to install. The headlight went out after 4 months. I was told since it was over 30 days there is nothing that could be done.I don't have the money to replace no time soon. I'm a disabled military vet living on ******* a month pension. It's the companies (American) that have turned to thieves and we are the victims with no protection. BBB give them a A- in rating but customer reviews are 1 out of 5.

      I sold a simple item and it was the most confusing headache to get my money. I still don't have my money they point you in one direction and then another person tells you to go in another and good luck talking to a real person. You're better off having a garage sale or selling it to an antique shop you'll probably make more money. And they outsource their phone calls for customer care to anybody it's really quite a joke. And boy you got to do a lot of reading before you sell because they take a lot of money, I wish I would have took the whole day off to research before I sold something.

      eBay offers no real path for resolution, no human understanding, and no flexibility. Their outdated notification system contributed to the original issue, yet Im the one penalized indefinitely. They make it clear they care more about rigid rules than real people.

      i ordered a transmission i paid $1736 had the transmission installed and paid $1000 for installation the car did not even moved ebay suspended my account and said i will not get reimbursed even tho they agreed my return was justified just lost $1736

      I opened my ebay acct. and bought 3 different ****** Price items for my granddaughter. I tried to buy another item and they said my account had been suspended. I called their customer service and they said it was suspended and I would not be able to use again and they said they could not tell me why??? Unbelievable!
