1 star!!!STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!I had an appointment scheduled on December 6th or 7th in order to see someone regarding an upcoming trip I have to fly for(I am an EXTREMELY nervous flyer). I booked this appointment 4 weeks out from the date of the trip(12/15). I submit my paperwork and it takes OVER A WEEK for them to verify everything which means they had to reschedule the appointment for today December 14th. Yesterday on December 13th, I received a call that the doctor then cancels my appointment less than 24 hours before I am supposed to leave on my flight. I get a call later that evening around 5:30 PM CST saying they can still see me on December 14th at 9 AM with a different doctor. I call them at 8:30 AM CST this morning because I haven't received a link to the appointment and YET AGAIN the doctor has to cancel the appointment. After numerous attempts to tell them this was urgent, they said they can get me an appointment December 27th...which is 2 weeks after my trip... I will NEVER try to schedule with them again and will not recommend this place to anyone.Medvidi Inc

1 starI would give it negative stars if I could. The provider was fine but when it came to getting the prescription she issued me, all I got was a bunch of excuses. 1 starI first used this company about 18 months ago and it was great. I would get an appointment quickly and then I would see the doctor and had no issues getting my prescriptions. I don't know if they lost doctors or overbooked, but it's gotten very difficult if not impossible to get my meds on time. I paid on nov.22 and made an appointment for that day. No call or anything. I messaged them a few days later and they said the doctors schedule for Dec. Wasn't open yet and they would contact me. Nothing again. I messaged them again and asked about my appointment and they said it was scheduled for dec.21st. That's 2 months without my meds, which is dangerous. I messaged them and asked for a refund because I found a doctor that is semi close. They asked why and i told them i need my meds to have a good quality of life and it's dangerous to just stop. I told them I honestly prefer telemed because i don't want to drive 60+ miles, but I have to be able to rely on my appointments being on time. They asked what they could do better and I told them and they said they are overbooked, as if that wasn't obvious. I would have been fine if were able to change the appointment so i don't have to wait a month, but since they couldn't i asked for a refund. I am not sure how they haven't been sued yet because what they are doing is unethical and greedy. I know if I don't get a refund soon I am going to put it through my bank as fraud because it is, and research what recourse I have to get them shut down so they don't continue to do this to sick, desperate people. I would suggest you report them to your medical board if you have already been screwed. If you haven't already paid, DON'T DO IT! I would bet money that the 4 and 5 star reviews are fake. Read here, reddit and the other forums. Hopefully I get a refund soon.Medvidi Inc

1 starMedvidi advertises same day appointments so I made one for later in the afternoon and it was confirmed. Shortly after they charged my credit card I received a text cancelling it and rescheduling it for 9 days later!! No doubt they are engaging in false advertising. When I called to get a refund, I was on hold for 25 minutes. It was an enormous disappointment. Now I wait to see if they actually process my refund. These people are not honest.Medvidi Inc

1 starIf I could give it no stars I would this company is a scam a provider came on the call listened to nothing acted like she couldnt hear cut off call then called back with a prescription for 2 meds one of which had I even picked up the meds could of been fatal due to me already having another medicine that controls heart I reached out to medvidi as soon as this happened they refuse to give me refund or help only a 30 dollar discount to have another appointment which will not be happening please if you need help dont ever use this company this by far has been the worst experience ever for me an this was the first time I have ever reached out for help an now scared to ever reach out again..Medvidi Inc

1 star*FALSE ADVERTISEMENT* they sent me 4 different emails stating they had $100 off for new customers with promo code DST23. DST23 only takes off $35. I reached out to them about this no less than 6 times. Each time Ive been lied to. I was promised a voucher for a $95 appointment for all my troubles that I NEVER received. Their customer service is extremely ignorant and some are unprofessional. They dont grasp basic sentences and theres no way for you to contact someone higher up, or even *** based. This company has lied to me multiple times and left a terrible taste in my mouth. I just needed help and they added much more stress and anxiety to my life. 1 starThis is the most unorganized unprofessional clinic I have ever been involved with. Things started smooth and good, once you become established, they show how unorganized and inefficient they are. I had paid for my visit, they sent an appt date and time, asked if that would work. I texted back no. Then they scheduled it anyway. Also, with a provider that I am not familiar with. I have been seeing the same one since I started.I have been trying to get a refund for 2 days, the line just plays music, over 20mins I was waiting. I am on the line now waiting. Nobody answered. 1 starI tried to book a visit with these criminals three times. The first and second time, after choosing a date, paying for service, and filling out an extensive medical form, I received a call from a woman who I could barely understand informing me that the date I had chosen and paid for was unavailable. Even stranger - she did not know when a different date would be available. So I asked for a refund, and wrote it off as very strange I got a very good coupon in email for their service, and decided to try again. Once again, I chose a date, paid, medical survey. The same woman with dubious phone skills called once again to tell me my appointment was unavailable and they did not know when one would be.this time I was upset. I asked more questions. came to find out - they did not even have ANY providers in my primary state of residence. At all. None. But they had a calendar with appointments available and the sure as heck have a payment system that took my money.I got another refund.Now here is where I am just plain dumb. I got ANOTHER coupon, and decided to try an appointment using my secondary state of residence. Picked a date, paid, medical survey etc.The same lady, who I can still only make out 60% of what she's saying at best, called to inform me that - big surprise - the appointment date I picked from a calendar on their website and paid for, was unavailable.This time they apparently do have at least one provider in my secondary state of residence, as the lady gave me precisely ONE option for an appointment in the same WEEK of the appointment I had already booked and paid for.Short Story - this company's business practice borders on criminal.
