    I preordered this unit in febuary of last year. Upon recieving the unit after some time, it was incomplete and was not working properly as the features that were the selling point was not there. Such as extra wide view lenes. I asked for a refund and was bounced around. Then a the US representative ******-son spoke with me and assured me that the features and product will soon be completed. I took his word that the issues are being worked on and soon would be resolved and i will have my product just as descibed. After a long back and forth trying to get answers about my complete product I get its coming. I am sick of dealing with unscrupulous people. I have yet to see any effort to finish fullfilling my order nor have I been reached out to. ****** on their discord I am ignored or simply keep getting its coming. this is not what i paid for i havent been able to use it properly since purchase and these guys give you a run around.

    I paid **** dollars a vr headset and it arrived defective, I'm almost sure they are now not selling this particular vr headset for the same reason I have. The headset at first wouldn't turn on, and then when it did turn on the headphone wire split. I tried to return it it took months for them to accept the return after I returned it I was promised the replacement of a new headset, later they tell me they Want to give me a cheaper headset, after I requested a refund instead they said they would only give me 300 back even though the product was defective after I said I would just take the cheaper headset and a partial refund they aren't messaging me back I cannot get ahold of anyone as they keep telling me they will get back to me and they havent.. this has been an extremely unprofessional, stressful situation this business charges has a lot for thier product and even if it's defective they won't help you. They have had my headset in thier possession for quite some time now around a month. Please resolve this thank you so much. I would like to have a complete refund of what I purchased the defective product for or a model of the same price.
