    Dear **********************,

    I am filing a complaint to Success Link Processing. This is to ask for your direct involvement in disputing and correcting an unlawful attempt to defraud me of thousands of dollars through a series of ill-advised financial service agreements I entered into. I've been advised that these are unethical *********************** Successlink Processing companies, located at ************************************* which are notorious for scamming people. Unfortunately, I am victimized by one of their scams and am asking for your direct help. I entered into this agreement only to consolidate my credit card debt to ************************** and other lawful debts I accrued.

    While this is troublesome, I'm advised that some elements of the contract I signed may be unenforceable or possibly illegal, and that the Success Link Processing have failed to meet their own contractual requirements. Specifically, the contract mandates that, "The contract does not become effective until Client has received a face-to-face presentation with a representative of Company." I have never been granted this vital provision of the Company's contract, so I wish to argue that the contract was never valid because of this. This is one aspect I need your help with.

    We have attempted to reach the client at the contact numbers on file but we received no response.
    In response to the client's concern, the contract is legal and we have a written and signed confirmation a as a proof that we had a face-to-face presentation with the client during the enrollment process. We also indicated in the contract that the agreement will not become effective until the client has received a face-to-face presentation from a representative of company, client reviewed and signed the agreement, disclosures, disclaimers, which are all part of the agreement and completed all pre-qualification application and client interview. All of these have been completed.
    We have sent an email to the client to help her recall of the face-to-face presentation with details of the date and location. We have also sent a soft copy of the contract or client agreement that we have provided her for reference which includes the face-to-face confirmation and the provision which was stipulated in the contract regarding the Effective Date and Duration. The client has graduated in our program and in our email, we indicated to her to contact us if she has any questions or concerns so we would know how we can be of further help to her.
