    I got a pop up on my computer about renewing my subscription for their anti virus services. I am not interested in renewing. I called ************ and told the gentleman I did not want to renew. He told me I'd have to make an email request to unsubscribe. I don't want to do that because I'm worried about what that link will bring me too. He said that's the only thing we can do for you and if you don't want to listen to me, I'm going to hang up and he did. I am still getting pop-*** on my computer, my subscription has expired and giving me the option to renew.

    Total Defense, Inc. charged my card on March 2nd, 2023, in the amount of $99.99. I contacted them and asked them to refund the amount back to my card. They reassured me that they refunded the amount back to my account on the same day. However, my bank ?? states otherwise. My bank states that nothing was refunded back to my account from Total Defense, Inc. in the amount of $99.99. Now, when I contacted Total Defense and said what my bank told me, Total Defense had provided me with a reference number for the refund transaction. I then contacted my bank ?? back and gave them the reference number that was provided to me by Total Defense. But my bank reassured me that Total Defense didn't refund me back the amount of $99.99 to my account ??. I just want my money back ??.

    We can confirm that the refund was successfully processed on 3/3/23.  It can take up to 10 business days for the funds to be reflected back into the customer's account.

    I am rejecting this response because:


    When I contacted Total Defense on the March 13th, 2023 about my refund, they did provided me with a reference number. However, I contacted my on the same day and according to the representative at the bank ?? nothing was showing as a refund from Total Defense on March 3rd, 2023 in their system and I did gave them the reference number that Total Defense had provided to me. I want a confirmation of the exact amount and the date that it was refunded back to my card. The account for ****************** is under my brother's name but I used my card.
