So i purchased a brand new 2022 Silverado on labor day 2022, the check engine light came on a week into owning the truck. I took it in for service got it back in about 7 days. a few weeks later the check engine light came on. so I took it back in, this time they had the truck for about 11 days. when i went to pick up my truck it had scratches from bumper to bumper on the left passenger side. I immediately walk back in to the office and told the service agent.(******) she came out and inspected the truck with me. she apologized and told me that the dealership would take care of the problem. This was on November 1st. since then I have texted her at the dealership provided number was told that the body shop was being spotty with them and shell let me know when I can take it in to fix it. That was November 10th. since then I have called and texted ****** the service agent and she stopped replying to me. I have been very patient waiting for them to fix this, but now I can't get a hold of her. I have plenty of pictures of the day I went to pick it up, ****** also took pictures.Initial Complaint

Purchased a used car from Steven's creek Chevrolet, was told while I was in the fiancé dept, they would detail the car, and get the second set of keys from the office, the car also had 3 curb rash wheels, which they issued a due bill to repair them. I have called numerous times for the salesman, the sales manager, and finance director, without ever receiving a call back. This has been 4 months now, I finally did get to talk to salesman that sold me the car, he said please hold on, let me go get the used car manager, to rectify the problem, after being on hold 50 minutes I finally hung up!
To this date, I have never received the second key, or they have never scheduled a date to fix the wheels!!
If you are purchasing a car from this dealership, do not leave their property without everything promised, or you will end up like me trying to get them to honor their contract. My next step is to file a report with General Motors Corporation, and California DMVInitial Complaint

On October 11/2022 I was searching for a Chevy Traverse on car gurus and I came across one at ******************* a 2023 Chevy Traverse Rs awd stock number pj126397 for $27,160 so I went over to Stevens Creek Chevrolet website to see if the vehicle was still available and for the price advertised and I saw it and started the buying process online and entered all my information and the next day it set me up with a appointment to come in and finish the buying process, so the next day I call to confirm my appointment and to see if I would be able to come in earlier and I was told that the vehicle had been sold and they could not honor the advertised price on a different 2023 Chevy Traverse rs I have reached out to **** one of the sales managers on October 12 and *** the other sales Manager October 13 and I get no help so called ********** which is the store manager and I get no replay so I called corporate and started a case ************* with ******* I have tried multiple times to see what was going on with my case and I still get no reply. A couple days later I see the vehicle on Stevens creek Chevrolet website advertised for a different price and it was still available even though they said that it had been sold. I feel like I have been a victim of false advertisement and that they pulled the bait and switch trick to get me in the door. I have pictures show the day I took the pictures of the price advertised and later when it was still available at a different price when they told me it was sold also I have pictures of them running my credit the day I started the purchase online. Thank you for your timeInitial Complaint

- I signed the Retail Installment Sale Contract on 9/29/22. Deal #: *******.
- The contract was for the financing amount $26,759.88.
- The following Tuesday (10/4), my loaning bank (***************) posted an incorrect loan amount of $28,009.88.
- I told the dealership (Stevens Creek Chevrolet) the situation on 10/4.****** (the manager) told me that they would resolve the problem by the end of the week.
- I visited the dealership on 10/6 again and met with **** (the finance person, not the manager) and was told that the problem would be resolved in a couple of days.
- The problem was not resolved on 10/13 so I called **** (the finance person) and was again told that the problem would be resolved in a couple of days.
- On 10/19, I still didn't see the problem resolved so I called and left a message in ****'s (the finance person) voicemail that the problem was not resolved.
- As of today (10/21), the incorrect loan amount is still showing on my bank account.
On the side, I have been calling my bank and was told that the loan amount reflects what was on the contract submitted by the dealership. And the bank had already disbursed the loan amount to the dealership, so they need to get the money back from the dealership in order to update the loan amount. This also shows that the dealership submitted an incorrect contract to my bank.
The dealership has been dragging out the resolution process for weeks now, and I don't know if they even have an intention to resolve the problem.Business Response

I took my vehicle to Stevens Creek Chevrolete, the Vehicle was taken to dealership for 30,000 mile maintenance to include transmission fluid check and inspection.
a. Third party technician discovered the fluid was extremely dark and in poor repair/hadn't been changed.
2. Vehicle was taken to dealership on two separate occasions with concern about transmission slipping when accelerating.
a. Dealership technicians said was no issue upon test drive.
i. Third party technician was asked to perform the same test drive and inquiry about slippage upon accelerating; immediately upon test drive indicated transmission issue and advised for repair.
Of recent while the vehicle was at dealership during this time they notified me the vehicle was damaged by their staff, damage of structure of the vehicle. THey said they would repair the body work however they would drive the vehicle 10 miles to repair shop. I asked that they tow the vehicle in light of the damage to transmission however they declined to do that .
THe problem is they neglected to do the work they were paid for in 30,000 maintance check and address the issue regarding transmission slipping on both occasions I brouth the car to them. Their neglect put myself and my passengars in an unsafe situation by driving a vehicle they said was ok. They decline to assume responsibility for transmission issues however the transmission failed as a result of their neglect.Business Response
