    Lack of Deliverables: Since inception, I have observed no substantive development work in the project portal. There is no custom coding, no interactive prototype, and only trivial taskssuch as placing images and text.2a. Custom Feature Placeholders Not Developed: Although the portal lists placeholders for several custom featuresExpense Tracker, Document Storage, Incident Log, and Visitation Calendarnone of these have been implemented beyond static placeholder text.Missed Meetings and Non-Communication: E8 Labs has repeatedly missed scheduled meetings. The last two Zoom calls resulted in a 30-minute and a 38-minute wait in the virtual lobby, respectively, with no appearance by Mr. **** and no subsequent communication or explanation.Failure to Provide Notice of Completion: There has been no formal notification of project milestones, completion, or delivery of a mock-up or working prototype. It is evident that E8 Labs does not intend to fulfill the contracted scope of work.Additional Evidence of Unreliability: A review of online sources reveals multiple instances of negative reviews and documented complaints against E8 Labs for subpar work and non-delivery of paid services. Moreover, Mr. **** appears more invested in his personal social media influence than in conducting a professional development business.Request for Action: Given the circumstances, I respectfully request that your office investigate E8 Labs for deceptive business practices and assist me in obtaining a full refund of the $5,000 paid. Apparent Scam and Lack of Ongoing Activity: The minimal activity recordedlimited to superficial portal updates without any custom development or meaningful progressappears designed solely to perpetuate payments rather than deliver a finished product. There has been no substantive work or server environment activity for over nine months, indicating a clear lack of intention to complete the contracted website.
