    The worst site for buying wholesale. small businesses beware! They lure you in with marketing incentives and then the shipping is higher than the products. Product pricing is higher than retail. Items are damaged and moldy and they refuse to exchange or refund them. Products dont get delivered and you have to spend days trying to get it fixed or refunded. The customer service is just boilerplate protocol with no favor to the customer. I am sick over how much money I just lost using this site. I leaned into it full budget to start my retail shop and *** lost thousands. They are gross!!!

    I'm a retailer with this brand and I used them in the past when I had my other company that I eventually had to close. However, I opened an interior design studio and was looking to work with a few brands via wholesale, I signed up for their "Insider Membership". I placed an order which they cancelled and locked the new account due to a balance being left on the old acct. I paid and asked them to reopen the studio's account. One of the **** told me to go back and use the old account and add myself as a team member, which I cannot. Although the was previously verified, the company is closed. As an "insider" paying ***** a month & supposed to receive free shipping over $300. I should have access to phone/chat support - the only support they provide is email which is not exclusive, there is no phone or chat support as they mention in their company policy. This is sad as there are small businesses many of us want to partner with, however Faire is blocking their true sales potential with the lack of proper customer service support. I'm still waiting on my remaining emails to be answered.

    I have been using Faire as a retailer for about a year and honestly didn't have issues until this past week. Being that this upcoming week is the most important retail week of the year these issues could not have come at a worse time. I have been emailing a customer support woman for 6 days and she assured me that on the 5th business day, today, she would take the "necessary steps to resolve the issue." When I emailed her this morning I got a reply from a totally different representative who sent me the same response she did on day one of my initial exchange therefore starting the entire conversation again as if he is unable to look back at the whole conversation. The fact that there is no contact phone number or any urgency to solve issues is truly appalling. I will be working directly with wholesalers and bypassing this horrendous platform entirely moving forward.

    I had a 1000 dollar order to make and Faire would not accept my payment no matter what I did. Every possible combination of credit card with billing address or bank account with routing number. There is no customer help line and the chatbot they provide offers no help at all. The commission they take is very high and for what...so they wont help you when you need it?

    Absolutely the worst experience in my life as a small business owner! Ive been back and forth with their customer service team via email for weeks to verify my account. There is no way to contact them over phone and Im concerned about identify theft at this point. They have all of my personal documents, tax IDs, reseller permits, business permits, tax returns, etc. to no avail. Im a legitimate small business owner with over 20 years of experience and a solid revenue stream, and they are stonewalling me from purchasing merchandise for my retail shops. This is borderline illegal- Ive had a valid state resellers license for years! Im going elsewhere, closing my account, and never going to do business with these idiots again!

    Im trying to get a coffee trailer up and running. I live 13 miles from an entrance to *********************, so the amount of potential customers is in the millions. I wanted to offer my customers my favorite coffee that happens to be **************** unfortunately for me bones coffee only offers wholesale through fair. Faire would not let me make an account because I couldnt prove I was selling at pop up events, apparently nobody at fair has ever heard of *********************, and they have no idea it is rural and in the middle of the mountains there are no pop up events. As someone who wanted to be a customer on ********************, I warn anyone that is thinking of using Faire as their middle man they are loosing you business for very stupid reasons.

    FRAUDULENT.Absolutely worst place for a supplier to "sell" wholesale. (More like donating inventory to people who commit fraud!!)Basically 50% of the orders I received so far are fraudulent! They order the products, they claim "damaged items" or "missing items" and show a random photo that is blurry/or not even from my products, and Faire gives a full refund!The worst part is Faire advices them NOT to return a product, but to file a damage/missing item instead!!!If you claim to "unable to sell" then do the right thing, and return the product.I am trying to contact Faire for 3 days in a roll, nobody replies my requests. They don't offer customer service. Period.The last case a person filed multiple missing items after weeks the order was delivered, and when I asked her to send me a photo of a barcode from the product she received, she lied telling me there was no barcode on the back! I know my products, they ALL have a barcode printed on the back. The barcode has a specific number that i can investigate and prove her claim is fraudulent. Obviously she didn't want me to do that. I contacted Faire 3x so far about this, and i have NO REPLY.Without the suppliers like me Faire doesn't exist! Get your sh*t together Faire.

    60 day terms are a lie!When I opened a wholesale account my company was offered 60 day terms with my company credit card as default. The first two orders were placed without any problems. The first two invoices were paid well before the 60 day term expired. The third order I placed my company card was charged immediately. I've had a time trying to contact them to ask what happened to the terms they offered. I finally sent an email to them that bounced. No customer service phone number either. The only response I've heard from Faire is a confirmation of account deactivation. I had no choice but to deactivate my account and refuse to do business with this crooked company. I'm still concerned about them storing my credit card information. So buyers beware if you open an account and they offer 60 days terms it's a complete lie. There many other honest wholesalers to do business with. Very dishonest company! Beware!**********
