    Simple biz calls my home land line up to 20 times a day. I block the calls but they just call from another number.

    For months, we have been receiving multiple calls from this company. They call almost every day. When we pick up, there is no one on the other end. I have blocked their phone numbers several times and they just call back from another number. This is very inconvenient as I am the sole receptionist and these calls often interrupt other calls or discussions with clients. I would like our business to be placed on a no-call list.

    Simple.biz continues to call our office multiple times a day several times a week even after being told we are a corporation and we do not want to be contacted further. I asked to speak to a supervisor as the agent refused to listen to me and kept interrupting me when I asked to be placed on a Do Not Call list. I was assured there would be no further calls. That was back in June. The calls have continued incessantly since.

    Several times a week I get unsolicited calls from simple.biz , most of the time it is just a silent line other times a recording. I have tried to be put on their do not call list but nothing works.

    I have allegedly been put on their do not call list over 10 times. However, I continue to get robo calls from them. They are also very rude as they do not answer when they call. I call them back and their people hang up on me when I tell them that I have been on their do not call list numerous time. I just want them to STOP CALLING ME!!! I will not do business with them and I am telling everyone about them. If this is how they treat me, they probably treat their customers just like this.

    I asked to be removed from this companys calling list multiple times. I blocked REMOVEDstill persisted with harassing phone calls. What kind of legitimate business does business this way? They also would call very early in the morning long before my business was even open, so they must be on the West Coast or outsourcing these harassing calls.I intend on reporting them to the appropriate governmental entities, including the commerce commission.Put a procedure in place for removal that your employees can use or cease doing cold-calls.

    I am rejecting this response because: I asked your callers multiple times. Train your people better so that they understand the procedure to remove businesses from your harassing sales calls. You are aware of the problem, as there have been multiple complaints. Apparently, you just prefer to be an annoying, harassing business. Should I call 2-3 times a week harassing your employees to ensure that they put me on your imaginary do-not-call list? I had to track your business down & be very rude to one of your employees, who certainly didn't deserve it, in my efforts to get your employees to stop; and, the reply still indicates that this is the first your company was aware of my request.. What reputable business does business this way? Companies like yours need regulation--a REMOVEDnuisance.
