    Built my website 1 year ago with **********. My renewal came up 48hours ago and they charged my credit card 216% more than what I had originally paid 1 year prior. This substantial increase was unbeknownst to me at the initial sign up. I contact their customer service, (Agent Saneth) and they said that I had to pay the increased price or else my website would be permanently deleted. I spent many hours on my website, but felt ********** was taking advantage of this fact. I feel like the 'pay or delete site' put me in a forced position to pay their steep rate increase, or else I lose my work. There was no price transparency when I signed up. Out of principal, I cannot give a company like ********** my business.
