    They helped develop my medical practice website which they took hostage and shut down when I refused to pay $700. The site is **************************

    They developed a website for my medical practice. After 1 year, they called my administrator asking for an additional $700 dollars for what they term a copyright violation. We asked them to identify any copyright infringement anywhere on the site, which they were unable to do, but shut down the website until we paid a fee to reopen. Held us hostage for 3 months.

    My company hired them to do work on my website. The package on their website gives information what they would provide. They would start a project to show it was being worked on but never completed one task. I requested a full summary of the jobs they completed and wouldn't provide it to me. They refused to return any money and then proceeded to shut my website down. Then they said we will activate the website again only if I pay more money. They have been holding my website like ******, and we I ask for them to do the job I hired them to do they threatened to shut my website down. Over the course of six months my website has been of eight times. When I told them I was taking legal action then and only then they would turn it on. I will also be filling criminal charges with their local D.A'S office. I hired another web design company to finish the job and requested the log in credentials needed to fix the job they didn't complete and hasn't done anything. My legal advisor ask me to contact them to see if this can be resolved and they haven't returned any calls. When attempting to contact them from their business number it doesn't work. My new web design team said this company is a scam and normal companys wouldn't practice this type of performance. I spent over ***** dollars in the past year and haven't received any work but a basic web page.
