  I used this company 2 times, first experience was decent, whomever they hired out to deliver my dumpster was professional and had great service. The second time, the company they contracted to deliver my dumpster sent the driver in a defective truck which got stuck on my property and blocked my street for several hours inconveniencing my neighbors. I then requested an early pickup of my dumpster as my house was having an OPEN HOUSE on the weekend, I had to navigate the website to get to a chat function to make the request on MONDAY for pickup by THURSDAY (latest), they claimed it was scheduled but the 3rd party service NEVER contacted me. On the day of pickup, still no confirmation, I call the number on the website which you only get through navigating the chat function (No answer I leave a message) my wife was able to get through to Trash Warrior/Dimension and they verbally confirmed pickup by 3pm; well 6pm and the dumpster is still at my house. I try contacting again, NO answer until I state in my message that I will leave a bad review, I get an immediate call back from a manager who requests 15 minutes to find out what happened, i tell him he has 5 minutes to get his answers (but I give him his 15 minutes); NO RESPONSE BACK, and when I try calling back I get no one answering the phones! THIS COMPANY IS "trash" they do not provide the contact information for the 3rd party delivery service of the dumpsters. When you try to contact them, they give you the run around, their website has poor links for contacting them, they shut down the chat function.

  Not GUARANTEED. Go with LITERALLY anybody else.If you are looking for guaranteed pickup, this is not the company you want to book. ****** large item pickup and book someone else. A random ********** mover with a truck is more trustworthy than this company.We had a flight to make the next day with guaranteed pickup (already paid in full - planned weeks in advance).They will refund but when you are moving, this is not the situation you want to find yourself in.You dont need to keep scrolling through other reviews - literally pick someone else and avoid the headache we experienced.

  In my opinion, this company is a scam. They took my money and never came to complete the service. I called multiple times and was always given assurance they would come at noon, at 3:30, by 5:30pm, the next day by 9am, by 5pm. After 48 hours of misleading information, I canceled the service. Their communication is horrible and when you ask to speak to a manager they say they are "busy." Do not use them!

  I have done work for this company and they change their policy whenever they want and dont inform their workers of it. They pay Pennies to the dollar and could care less about the people who are actually doing the work. Do not work for them dont use them find local.

  I'm a new provider for trash Warriors. They go by the name of Dimension now. They claim to pay out daily *** then they moved to go post and said it takes 4 days to process. And then they said 4 days to process to them and 3 to 5 days processed with their financial partner stripe. I read their terms and conditions the only thing I saw was they make payouts daily. I'm unemployed for spent the last of my fuel to do two jobs for them to find out that's going to take at least a week to get paid for the first one. In the days of cash app and the fact that other online platforms like lifting Uber can pay daily. I'm assuming that they are collecting interest while holding on to payments. If they had disclosed these processing periods it would be one thing. But most people who sign on to platforms like that or in need of cash. So not disclosing these processing periods is unfair practice and takes advantage of their provider.

  The provider was nearly 4 hours late and then when he got here, I was told Id be charged an extra $362 to pick up yard debris. They advertise online that yard debris is charged by cubic yard, then they told me they would need to charge me More because they charge by weight, not volume. That fact is nowhere on their website. Their claims of transparent pricing are total false advertising. When I declined the additional charge, they would not even fully refund me. Horrible company with awful customer service.

  Is less than one star available? They canceled on me twice without notifying me. They said a contractor was available but then said none was available. I'm still awaiting my refund. Given these other reviews, I'm glad they canceled.

  Booked my appointment a few days ago for today. I got stood up. I needed a mattress removed in a building that has an elevator. I booked it ahead of time because its moving weekend for ******. I got matched with a warrior, got text confirmations this morning, and when he didnt show up I called asked, they said the warrior wasnt answering his phone and were going to put out a call for warriors in my area to do the job. So why did you collect my money when I booked?!? I got a full refund.
