            Purchase $200 gift card 11/17/20** ******** Card declined when trying to make purchases. ******* states scammers come in scan card barcodes and take the monies.called number on card get the run around. Filed police report ****, ** report # **-244653. Tried business number from H363137393**8313831H constant busy signal. Called number on card again today they claim they sent a refund check in the mail however the NEVER had my address or bank account info.

            I purchased a SecureSpend ************ card for $150 for my sons birthday gift. From Vons in ******************. My son tried to use the card on Amazon, it was declined. He gave me back The card I gave him ****. I tried to use the card at ******* it was declined. I went to My car and called the number on the card, it lead to an automated system that gave me multiple options. I try to each one of them and they each lead to nothing nor can I get a representative on the phone. I tried this song called several times each time with it ending on me and then went online to the securespin.com website, theres a page that exist for each time you put your information a red warning label comes up on the top screen saying try again later system down. I have no trade this website over the last three weeks multiple times and each time have the same outcome. This company is definitely fraudulent and scamming people out of their money do not use secure spend.com secure, spend **** prepaid cards they are trash.
