      This company does not care about their customers. When accounts get hacked, and you supply all the proof like linked accounts, proof of purchased games, proof of emails received when accounts got hacked, proof of account creation mails, etc. They just ignore it and want you to verify through the hackers email. All emails they send are generic and they don't even read past the ticket heading. They keep saying account security is very important to them, but where was this so called security when the hacker took over my account and changed everything? They are promoting hackers and most likely had a hand in them taking over the account.

      My account was hacked on 7/16/25, im the original owner of the account, i have offered to provide government ID, proof of purchases, and everything else you can imagine. Similar to other my 2fa was disabled, a xbox account added to my ********************** account and my email and password was changed. Ubisoft is completely unwilling to help get my account back stating they cannot verify the account while i have offered EVERY means of verification they do not care. Your personal information is at risk with Ubisoft. Their generated emails says they take security very seriously but apparently they only take security seriously when you are trying to get something that belongs to you returned.

      horrible help support.Few weeks ago i got my account hacked, after so much proof they still rejected it and gave me 5 warnings. I showed them me playing IN rs6 siege and they still said they didn't have enough info, I showed them purchases of all my games yet... they said the same thing. Be like Steam Ubisoft.

      Support is so unhelpful it's not even funny. They also refuse to escalate cases due to "internal limitations." Whatever that means. My account was compromised and the email changed. When I contact support with the original email address they can't verify me because their verification process is simply sending an email the the CURRENT address associated with the account. Which the current email is the hacker's email. It's absolutely ridiculous. I have addresses, receipts, usernames, passwords, I have original email, I have IPs and locations, etc. I have all the proof in the world and yet they have ONE method of verification - to send a verification email to the CURRENT email attached to the account.

      I got hacked on my Ubisoft account and ********************** support keeps saying that they cannot verify that I am the owner. I sent unauthorised email screenshots, usernames, steam purchase proof and my linked accounts but still its not enough.

      Account got hacked June 26 from ******* while I'm in ******, got both email and password changed, I went to Ubisoft support to get my account back and they keep telling me they can't verify me despite constantly showing screenshots of the hacker deactivating 2 step verification, changing email and password. All they do is ask me to go on my email and verify on the email associated with the Ubisoft account EVEN THO ITS CHANGED TO THE HACKERS.

      I am the original owner of a Ubisoft account that was hacked. The email address and password were changed without my permission, and I lost access completely.I submitted Ticket #******** and multiple follow-ups, including strong evidence of ownership:Security alert from Ubisoft showing a login from the **** (I live in ************* alert showing my Ubisoft password was part of a breach Purchase receipt for Assassins Creed Mirage and other Ubisoft products Past Ubisoft account emails showing my user info and original address ********************** only responded by saying they would email the address currently linked to the accountwhich now belongs to the hacker. They have now stopped responding entirely.I am requesting that Ubisoft:Investigate the unauthorized access Restore the account to the original owner Stop emailing the compromised address My contact information is available privately in this form and Im willing to verify my identity directly with Ubisoft.

      My account was hacked on 6/28/25. The hackers deactivated my 2fa and changed the email and password. I have spent lots of money on games through Ubisoft. When I sent the email about the account being hacked they said they couldn't do anything about it and there wasn't enough information. I gave them my username and info but still cant do anything. I have receipts aswell that I can send but no response. its a criminal company and their security is horrible.

      My Ubisoft account was hacked on June 18th 2025 it is now June 22nd 2025, for these past days Ubisoft support has been absolutely no help in any way, all they keep saying is to push the verification link they have sent, it of the hacker has changed my recovery email then how do they want me to verify its me. They just send a verification email and if you didnt receive it because somebody has your account, then just close your case and basically tell you that your account belongs to someone else that stole it from you! It makes no sense to me that I can give them all the proof in the world that it is my account and they completely ignore it. Ubisoft support needs to do something about this immediately this is not acceptable whatsoever.

      Ive been trying for 2 weeks to recover my Ubisoft account or at least unlink my Steam account, and ********************** support has been no help at all. I sent multiple tickets, gave them everything they asked for (proof of purchase, linked account info, all that), and they just stopped replying.Its honestly ridiculous. Im locked out of my games, Ive been patient, and theyre just ignoring me at this point. It feels like they dont care at all about their players or account security.I just want my account back or my Steam unlinked, but theyre making it impossible. Super disappointing from a company this big.
