    I used their app like normal to purchase a consultation for my dog. I was charged but was never able to get ahold of anyone. Received no service and could not reach anyone. Its been over 2 months.

    Fuzzy Pet Health shut down in June of 2023. However, I was charged $84.79 for a yearly subscription on the 20th of Sept.

    On July 14, 2023 I reached out to Fuzzy due to concerns about my dog. I previously used Fuzzy with positive results but that did not happen this time. I paid $25 for a consultation fee. The chat function never worked to allow me to connect with a vet. I sent an email advising of my contact concerns. An email was received advising I would be contacted in ***** hours. I still have not heard back. I took my dog to another vet as the health concern was still there. Fuzzy has collected my money but failed to provide a service or a response to my email.

    The app for this service is no longer working and the website isnt working. I have contacted this company by email, voicemail and instagram and they have not responded. They are still charging my account but this company seems to have fallen off the face of the earth.

    I called as my dog had symptoms of a urinary track infection. I paid $25, never got to speak to the vet. We waited 2.5 hours for the vet assistant to tell us they could not call in medicine in until the following morning then I may need to wait an additional 24 hours to have the medicine on hand. These people shuffled me from a to bot to several vet techs but no actual vet.

    I have been passed around on Fuzzy app, which took my money but has not provided me with a virtual vet visit as promised. They have mislead me about my wait time and it keeps changing how many people are in queue before me. I have spent hours with vey little responses from their virtual assistance. HELP! This Is a total scam!!!

    Spent hours in the chat waiting for the consult, only to be told that they were experiencing "high volume" and it would be an 8+ hour wait for the consult. Reconnected again the next morning, same thing: they offered to put me in the queue for hours again. Wasted the $30 fee for a service I never got to use. It's advertised as a 24/7 vet app, but you'll never get to speak to a vet.

    This business is a scam. You pay $30 to speak with a veterinarian about your pets health issue and you wait in line for an hour to get the veterinary nurse. Then she tells you that you can wait in line for 8 hours to talk to the veterinarian which could occur at 2am, 6am, 11am? Who knows? You dont get an appointment timeapparently you stay up all night waiting?? I am extremely concerned that they have my credit card number. I want a refund. This company assumes people will give up and they will take the money. And I am sure they do.

    On March 19th I came home from work about 9:30pm and found my dogs right eye shut. I googled 24 hour online vet services and fuzzy was one of the results. They claimed they offered online advice from a vet and could prescribe medication, I paid the $30.00 fee for their services and received an email asking me to download their app. I downloaded the app registered, began a chat and was never responded to. My place in queue was 5 people away then I was 9 people away, then 22 people away.

    Run! Don't walk, Run away from this scam site. They take your money and then don't do anything. Any time you try to check upon your account, it requires you do go through the entire wizard process again to reach the supposed support person. which is intentionally hard to reach. then they'll just tell you whatever. they don't actually give out prescriptions, they just take money. Complete garbage fire of a website.
