    SBC is a great company to use. We used then on our last vacation and were very pleased. *** is a fantastic asset to this company. She was so patient with me telling her the type of flight we needed. We will be using ***** help again next year for our next vacations flight needs for sure.     I was skeptical at first, even with BBB reviews, but after speaking to their rep ******** of to speak to a live person without the runaround) I was sold on SBC being a reputable company. The quality and prompt service is unparalleled. And the air fare quoted was unbeatable.To top their professionalism, I received an email prior to my departure to wish me the best experience and provide contact info should I need to reach them. Unheard of. I've recommended SBC to friends and will use them for future travels.
