Fraudulent business! Paid for a stretch limo for our wedding, barely got a confirmation out of them and the limo no showed on our wedding day! **************** is horrendous and unresponsive theyre literally ghosting all of my emails and hung up on everyone that called them on our wedding day. Received a refund check in the mail that wasnt even the full amount of what we initially paid them. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Just because you have cars with your logo on them driving around all of *************, doesnt mean that you know even the slightest basics of people skills or how to take care of a paying client. No Bus from ***** ***** cancelled a paid and confirmed reservation, but figured they didnt want to alarm me, so they didnt let me know!On Thursday April 28th, I re-confirmed all the details of the paid and confirmed booking with the representative from ***** Intelligent Transportation, to transport 34 high school kids to their prom. I was informed I would receive a call the following day with the driver information. I did not hear from *****, I started trying to connect with them. On Saturday April 30th, around 2:30 pm I finally got through to a representative, who informed me I had cancelled the reservation. I had not. After 30 minutes on the phone with me begging for a resolution, I was told how very sorry he was and he would put me through to his manager; the call disconnected. There was no other answer to my calls that day. No bus arrived. I did not receive a call to inform me why this happened nor did they send me a refund.I called and insisted I talk with *******************, the owner. I was then issued a refund and offered a 25% discount for a future booking. The explanation changed numerous times from the various employees I talked to:1.They knew on Thursday, but did not wanting to alarm me. 2.I had cancelled the reservation I had not.3.The driver had Covid 4.They had called and let me know on the Friday night at 8 pm. They had not.************** repeated numerous times how he could count on one hand anything like this ever happening in his company. Reading reviews on Yelp and the Better Business Bureau, I see this is not the case. When I asked what he might do about the situation, he said his company, like an airline, do not compensate people for cancellations. I honestly thought he would offer something like a trip for the kids to Six Flags or the beach to try and make up for the mess his company made of the Kids Prom. I took it for granted this was a reputable company, I wish I had read the Yelp reviews. Please do not put yours
