      If I could give 0 stars I would. PlushCare is fraudulently billing. I have requested a list of all Dx and CPT codes billed for my telehealth encounter. The call was 10 minutes long and the diagnosis was a common cold. No additional testing or follow up was ordered. No medications were ordered. Plushcare sent me a bill for $240 with no codes listed. I have sent several requests for this information with no response. I am extremely unsatisfied with PlushCare and will never use them in the future.

      I made an appointment . I needed to change it to 30 minutes earlier. Not I did not CANCEL I only changed the appointment to 30 minutes earlier.They charged me a 75$ fee for late cancellation

      Absolutely terrible support. Months went by with nobody helping me get prior authorization from insurance and nobody filing appeals on my behalf, despite multiple attempts. Wasted my time and money. Very disappointed and would like a refund on the months I had to spend waiting, when I received no communication despite multiple promises. Unethical company with incredibly slow response times. Youve taken my money but have done nothing to actually help you get care. Oh, and I work in healthcare and understand the system. So this is coming from someone with inside knowledge. Please refund my membership fees for the year, as I had to stay a member to wait for your terrible customer service to get back to me when they never did. Should have canceled sooner, but you all took advantage of my desperation to get my meds and my hope that customer service would actually do something.

      Plushcare engages in fraudulent practices by auto-enrolling users into a $19.99/mo subscriptions every time someone books an appointment. They do so without explicitly notifying the customer, resulting in unexpected charges.

      I made an appointment and paid the $129 fee via credit card. I waited on my phone and got a prompt to join them. But Safari wouldn't connect and indicated "Load cannot follow more than 20 redirects."Next thing i know my card is charged a $75 no show fee. You call them and get a recording indicating a 6 minute wait. It is usually closer to 24 minutes, 4 times the amount!.I am once again on hold (15 minutes now) hoping to get my appointment.

      First time using service. Was connected immediately at scheduled time ********* was very nice and refilled a script I needed since I am no longer going to my previous dr. and won't see a new one till next wk.$50 was a little pricy but worth it vs. going without my medication.

      Absolutely the biggest scam. I made two appointments back to back and never received a consultation because the doctor never joined the call on FaceTime. I notified my insurance company the minute the doctor didn't sign on the appointment and they filed a complaint and refused any payment. Don't give your debit or credit card. I cancelled my card and ordered a new one so they wouldn't charge it and my bank flagged the company. If you ****** the company it says legitimate and that's a lie. I didn't want to give it a star but you have to give at least one here.

      I wish I would have read the reviews prior to scheduling an appointment. This place is a total scam. They charge you additional fees and you have no idea that you are falling for it because they have zero indication on their site that you will be charged for anything nor do you have the option to NOT sign up for these "additional benefits".I requested an appt and found out I filled out a mental assessment but they made it part of the creating a profile process and charged me $20.Then, apparently I signed up for a membership ("free 30 day trial") and 2 weeks later, charged $16.99 for the following month membership. When I complained, they stated you automatically get signed up for it.For one, who does that?? You ate automatically ser up for a membership and have no way of opting out when you need medical care?Unheard of....I have had other virtual medical appointments before and none of this happened.They did give me a "one time courtesy refund" and then act like they are doing you a favor.This place us awful and I'll never use it again. Such a scam. They should be shut down.
