Complaint Summary:I have been a client of B.O.L. Global, **** for over 16 years. My tax filings and financial matters were handled exclusively by ************** a certified public accountant at the firm during that time. I recently learned that Mr. *** is no longer employed at B.O.L. Global, and I now have serious legal and financial questions regarding prior tax years that only he can properly address.Despite multiple requests, B.O.L. Global has refused to provide information about Mr. ***s new place of employmenteven though they have acknowledged knowing the name of the new business where he currently works. I also asked that they simply forward my contact information to Mr. *** so that he may choose to reach out to me directly. They declined that request as well.Details of the Complaint:This refusal obstructs my ability to obtain critical clarification and continuity of service on long-standing tax matters. As a client with over a decade of history with Mr. ***, I am entitled to seek assistance regarding complex and potentially time-sensitive financial issues that could have legal implications. The firms unwillingness to even forward a message to Mr. *** may be viewed as a failure to act in good faith and could potentially interfere with my ability to comply with IRS requirements or respond to future legal inquiries. Their actions are unprofessional, dismissive, and unnecessarily withholding.

BOL has a saftey policy that states we do not share (current or former) employees personal information (private phone numbers, emails, addresses, etc.) unless the current/former employee gives consent. Mr. *** had not been working at *** for about six months when Mrs. ******* contacted our offices. Mrs. ****** called our offices demanding Mr. ***s contact and whereabouts. We kindly let her know that this was against our policy and we agreed to have her meet with an accountant that is employed by BOL to help her with her tax filing. She came to her scheduled appointment and took up our accountants time by screaming and threatening BOL because we would not break our policy. After about a week, we were given consent by Mr. *** to share his contact information with Mrs. ******* in which we reached out to her and shared the information she requested. That being said, this complaint should be removed because we upheld out policy and was able to forward his information to ************* satisfying this clients desired outcome.)
