We began service in Dec 2024.we have paid around 4 or 5 thousand or more with this company. They promised us to reduce out tax debt and get it down to a reasonable payment we could handle. We contacted this firm after we received *** notification on back taxes. The company wanted ******* paid up front we were already making payments with the *** they told us to stop that payment and they would handle everything with the ***. First of all we don't have that kind of money, if we did we would not need this company's assistance. They agreed to ***** dollars a month from us. when they could not get us a loan to cut the cost back a little they wanted ******************************************************************************************** pay bills. Again if we had that kind of money we would not be looking for help. Fast forward 3 months. they have not contacted us. my emails have been returned un deliverable and i just received 7 certified letters form the ***. How could that happen if they were keeping up with the contract and stopping all issues with the ***?

I received a notice from the *** stating that I owe them $42,000 due to an audit for the period 2022. I also received a call from Priority Taxes, Mr. ******* ****** told me his company would handle that situation. He said $4000 was the cost for my case, he immediately transferred me to a financial company that approved exactly the amount of $4000. after that,I never heard from Mr. ******* I texted, and emailed, and no answer, Different people started calling me saying they were waiting for documents from the ***. I got a text asking me to call a number and I did, was another *** who told me I was in a horrible situation, and to fix the case they needed an extra $32,000 I asked him to send me the explanation in writing he said he was not working for free, I guess he forgot they already got $4000 and did nothing. I sent an email to Mr. ****** he talked to me and transferred me to his "legal department" The new *** told me how bad the situation was how I would have an audit again this year and that they were saving me paying $100000 to IRS, he said he would do it for $****** and I was a winner paying "only" ****** and also 5-6 months of $10,000 to IRS. After I denied since they were trying to put me on another $****** loan and was denied, they never called me again, now I owe them $4000 and also have to pay $42,000 to the ***. The company has a lot of issues for what I read with customers.
