            When I purchased the product they added on another product without my understanding (I realize I clicked some button but Im 33 years old and it shouldnt be that easy to trick me, imagine how many elderly folks they get with this tactic!). I ended up paying twice the amount I wanted to pay which caused overdraft fees due to the account I was using not having enough funds added to it (since I thought I was only paying once!). When I messaged them about this they did not offer any apology or credit to my account etc. I was also signed up for a subscription I forgot to cancel it and as soon as I saw the notification (less than 24 hours) I messaged the company and requested they cancel the order. They refused and sent me a tracking link as the reason. The link only states that a tracking link was created. I know how to read **** tracking information. I just want them to cancel my order and quit playing around until its actually too late and it has been shipped.

            i would put zero stars if i could. i tried the product over a year ago. it didnt do what they said it would do and tasted disgusting. i never ordered again. my credit card info was stolen. someone placed an order for this product and used my name and credit card and a different shipping address. i told the company that i did not order this and that i had my info stolen and they said they would not refund me the purchase price because they already shipped it to an address that was not mine ( an abandoned church that doesnt get mail delivery)! they didnt care that it wasnt my order. unjust company .. dont care about the customer or fraud involved with their company. overall horrible product that doesnt do what they claim and tastes horrible!
