    1. Company signed the contract on my behalf without my permission with copy and pasted signature and initials on the form dated 11/11/2021 2. information provided was misleading, was never told that payment will be needed for the solar credit and that everything would be free, and also told that I would receive a discount off my electric bill which has not been applied. And that I can cancel at any time.3. Reached out to clearway community solar for assistance to inform them I receive public/Fuel Assistance and was told that it was not their problem and that I am still obligated to pay anyway because I was under contract even though I did not sign any contract with them. 4. I am in good standing with my provider National Grid and yet I am still being charged by clearway community solar even though I have $$ credits with National Grid.5. I requested a cancellation on 7/18/2022 and was told that I would have to wait 6 - 8 months and possibly more because clearway community solar needed to find someone else to take over the contract which was never explained to me when I first asked about the cancellation to the REP. 6. the company is very misleading and untransparent. I feel that I am being extorted.

    I signed a contract with a sales rep but was not given correct information. I was told Id be getting my service from this company, not that Id be entering a years longer contract for panels. I followed the steps to rescind my agreement using their notice of cancellation but have not received adequate confirmation on whether the contract is null and void.
