    PAX cheated me out of my warranty. Through their customer service form, they constantly sent me the wrong information to fix my device and would not listen to my claims. In the end, they won. They got me for $200 on a brand new PAX Plus that broke in 9 months. I will never spend a cent at this company again and I will tell all of my friends (especially those at dispensaries) how awful they are.

    Its incredibly frustrating when companies like ***, which heavily promote their 10-year warranty, fail to deliver on that promise. When a company repeatedly ignores customer complaints, sends defective items, and offers nothing but generic responses, it starts to feel like their customer support is nothing more than a faade. A warranty should be a safety net, but it seems like Pax's is full of holes.The fact that they keep regurgitating the same troubleshooting steps, without addressing the root issue, shows a lack of genuine care for their customers. Its disheartening to think that they emphasize this warranty as a core part of their business model, yet fail to actually fulfill it when it counts. If they cant back up their product and service with real action, it not only damages their brand but also erodes consumer trust.Pax needs to recognize that when they leave customers hanging and fail to make things right, people will eventually turn to competitors that provide not just quality products but also reliable service. Its a shame because with a more proactive approach, they could easily preserve their reputation and build loyal customers. If they don't turn things around soon, the market will respond for them.

    PAX does not stand behind their product. I bought a brand new vape that never charged - not once. I contacted support and got the runaround for over 2 weeks as their support staff sent me useless (and almost snarky) emails about my issue.When they finally "approved" a replacement, it was only the BLACK vape they offered, not the cool green one I purchased. When I complained they basically told me to stuff it! Bottomline, don't buy anything from PAX!

    I ordered a Pax device. It arrived and does not work. ***************** only accessible online, responded with useless advice. Now that it is obvious they sent me a lemon, ******************** is ghosting me. This company does not believe in 'Truth In Advertising'. I recommend avoiding this company. I have discovered there are many bad experiences posted online. *** does not deserve to stay in business if my experience is typical, and reading reviews here makes it appear this is typical of Pax corporate culture.

    I believe PAX has terrible business and return polices which totally benefit PAX and not its customers. Given the high price of its products, I would never order from PAX again. They refused to perform and exchange of one unused product for the correct product. They cared nothing about the $230 loss of the customer. I believe there may be many more professional and customer friendly businesses that sell similar products and have better customers service. The 1 star rating is only because I could not give zero stars.

    I agree with what just about everyone else said on this page. Their warranty is absolute c*** I purchased a custom purple plus with *************** with my name on it total @250. After a month of infrequent use, the device wouldn't hold a charge. First, the response time was ridiculous, so an actual conversation takes about 2 weeks. After the dumbest troubleshooting options they said they would honor the warranty and told me to look in my account. What was being offered to me was not what I had purchased at all. When I told them my device was more expensive and if i wanted a plain black refurbished device, thats what i wouldve ordered. I was insulted at this point. I asked why didn't you jsut be honest and tell me that if I wanted the exact same device, I'd have to repurchase it. That is not a warranty. How difficult would it be to just send a new device, put a credit on my account, or even offer a discount? They kept saying that they are empathetic. I told whoever kept sending me insanely long emails filled with nothing, to just do better, be honest with your customers and just be better. It's really sad a company like this is so cheap

    I ordered a Pax 3 device which lasted a little over a year. When I tried to utilize their warranty, customer service (which they dont have a phone number for), kept giving me the run around, acting like they never received my multiple emails & kept asking me to send them the same information. Their customer service even became snarky with me when I kept emailing them each day asking what the status of my warranty claim was, saying we havent heard from you in awhile, when I had just emailed them an hour before their email. For a $300 unit, it is not worth the time/trouble of trying to keep this company honest & stand up to their warranty. I am sorry that I didnt check the BBB before wasting my time/money.

    I have purchased three Pax devices. The first, a Pax 3, was replaced with a non-working device approximately a year after purchase. When I contacted them about replacing the dud they sent me, I was told that the warranty will only provide one replacement per serial number. They essentially voided my warranty by sending me a non-working device. The second, Pax 2, worked perfectly for >5000 uses. I wore it out.The third, Pax Mini, which I purchased as a replacement for the dead Pax 2, has approximately half the capacity of Pax 2/3, ***** super-hot and super-fast, and has no temperature control, rendering it unusable for people who don't wish to waste consumable product which, coincidentally, they now sell.

    I ordered something online and have not gotten a delivery yet. This website told me it was delivered and gave me a tracking number that doesnt connect to any carrier at all. They told me to contact the courier, the courier told me to contact the website that sent the delivery, the website that sent the delivery told me to contact pax. Im so frustrated and no one in each company is willing to help even get me into contact with whoever claimed to deliver my package.

    I ordered a bag and weeks later they have yet to ship it out. **************** is awful with canned replies and no actual help. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card issuer.
