    I rented my family's home out to ***** ******* using the Kopa.co website. ***** ******* payed me $2520 on Aug 29, 2024 and that should have deposited in my account within 4 business days (as by even their own email notification). I have yet to receive payment from Kopa despite the money leaving the tenants account. I have read online that this had been a common complaint with this company.

    Kopa provides leasing services for rooms. I have been using there service since May of this year for leasing my son's college dorm room at ******************. The agreement is that I least the room through their site and then they get percentage of any rent that I collect via sublet renters acquired. They subletter pays Kopa directly for the monthly rent, Kopa takes their percentage and then pays me the remainder for the room. Kopa promises to remit payment to me, the host, within 4 days of payment from the renter. For the month of August, the renter paid on the 4th. The remittance did not arrive into my checking account until August 21st, which is a breach of contract. Then for some unexpected reason, Kopa retracted the payment from my checking account. So now I still have not been paid my remittance for the room for which Kopa received the funds from the tenant. I have sent two emails via Kopa's website asking for some assistance and have received no replies. I have attempted to reach Kopa via the Kopa support message app on their support site, but nobody ever responds. The do not list a phone number to call for any customer service. I need help getting my money back from this company that is simply ignoring me and keeping my money.
