    I live in ******* I've been trying to get in contact with someone about my account for months now. My account was closed due to a 2nd account being open that I have no knowledge of. I wasn't contacted before closure of my account. The platform isn't bad it gets the job done but the customer service ****... each time I put in a ticket I get a response a few days later asking how was my Experience like what....... never spoke to anyone and I've had this happen 5x I need my account back open because I need to work I just put in a new ticket ******** like can somebody anybody help me please.........

    Hello BBB Team, 

    Thank you for giving us the chance to address this customer review. 

    For context, Wonolo is application where businesses can post jobs and where the job seekers, we  refer as "Wonoloers" can accept jobs. 

    When a Wonoloer signs up for the app, one of our requirements is to take a selfie for their profile picture. The app does not allow users to upload a profile picture. 

    Additionally, Wonoloers are required to start and complete their accepted jobs when they arrive and before they leave the job site. They can start and complete their accepted jobs on an ipad at the job venue. The iPad takes a picture when 1. they start and 2. when they complete the job. 

    It has come to our attention that ************************ account appears to be associated with Tie***** ******** account.

    M. String**'s account was created in January 2021. However, the account has limited access to jobs since March 2021 because of a breach of the terms she agreed to when 1. she signed up for the app and 2. when she accepted a job. Her last completed job in 2021 was in March. 

    Tie***** String**'s account was created in December 2021. A different person appeared in the profile picture at the time. We confirmed on the jobs start and complete pictures that the same person attended the accepted jobs in Dec 2021 until January 02, 2022. 

    Tie***** String**'s profile picture was then updated through the app. The updated profile picture on Tie***** String**'s account looks like the same person that appeared on M. String**'s account.

    Additionally, we notice that a different person attended the jobs accepted on Tie***** String** account from Jan 06, 2022 onwards. We have substantial information to confirm that it was the same person who appeared in M. String**'s account and who completed jobs accepted on M. String**'s account.  These details are confirmed based on the pictures when the jobs were started and completed at the job venue on both accounts.

    Based on the information available to us, our Trust and Safety Team sent an email to both account owners about our terms and the status of their accounts. We chose not to engage with this user after that notice. 

    Futhermore, we did not include the pictures in this email for privacy reasons. If you'd like to get a copy of the profile pictures and the job start and complete pictures or a copy of the emails we sent to both accounts when their accounts were flagged and deactivated, please let me know so I can work with our Legal Team whether we can share those details. 

    Hope you consider the circumstances around the deactivation of ************************ account.

    This is not a good platform,they under pay you,they rarely have any good jobs and this is not a reliable app for work because you work a couple days and there's no work for the next few weeks

    The jobs are available on the app and availability depends on the staffing needs of Requestors (businesses) in a particular location. 


    Make sure to have the push notifications and location services switched ON. Once turned on, youll start to receive job notifications within a 50-mile to 70-mile radius of the area whenever a job becomes available. 


    Please know that we're trying our best to partner with more Requestors to create more jobs on the app.

    I accepted a job by Dtiveline through Wonolo. The job was Merchandising. I worked 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM. I signed the sign-in sheet, (that I have a copy of), & I recorded as I sat & waited for ***************** of Driveline who never showed up. Wonolo however, listed me as the no show so I am not going to get paid after riding a 2 hour bus ride to a job in **************, **. I arrived @ 8:38 AM. I purchased a bath accessory clutch bag in the store, before my shift started, & I still have the receipt.

    I used Wonolo twice, the second time was in the same warehouse. The Ipad within the warehouse used to clock in and out from Wonolo didn't work so we had to write on a time sheet. I wanted to leave early because I didn't like it there so in return the warehouse LIED and said I never showed up. I tried to confront Wonolo about this and instead of investigate they asked for proof of the timesheet, something I literally do not have access to because the warehouse did. They didn't ask for security footage or even asked a manager that worked there. Because I didn't take a picture of the stupid timesheet that they shouldn't even have because we should be able to clock in our phones with ease, I didn't get paid (less than an hour so whatever) and I'm essentially fired from the app. They offered me a 'second chance' program but they can cram it honestly, I didn't need them. I was bored and waiting to get inboarded for a job that pays way more. Wonolo is going to get theirs someday.

    I recently was put on a job at a ************** warehouse in ******* ******* on October 16th I went ahead and worked at this warehouse at lunch time I left so about 5 hours into the shift I left because my arm started hurting me and there was nobody there that I can tell except the person that I work next to and I tried to reach out to wanello so I went ahead and I clocked out 2 days ago I got a phone call from ******** saying that I was a no call no show and they're going to be taking the money back from me the 5 hours of pay since then whenola started taking the money back that I worked for I want this company to be aware of their recklessness this company is on trustworthy and this company doesn't care about the employees I want my f****** money back winelo ******* I want my f****** negligence money I'm done f****** playing

    I've been working for Wonolo since April 2022, and it's been the worst experience ever. From reading some of these reviews the people are correct in what they are posting your pay has to be approved by the requesters I've been a preferred worker for Extended Stay America region 6 since I started but I've also worked other gigs the manager at Extended Stay will let your pay sit for 2 to 3 days before he even approves the pay I recently work for Extended Stay my last day was September the 18th I worked from 9:00 to 5:00 in which the schedule was from 9:00 to 3:30 I had the hardest time getting my pay adjusted I reached out to the requestor and Wonolo with no response in over a week in the midst of me reaching out to the requestor to get paid for the hours I worked my entire schedule was canceled with no reason I kept reaching out to wonolo and the requester and was only sent $18.52 as I made myself clear to them that I don't work for fun and I am demanding to be paid now I have been accused from Extended Stay stealing from the guest rooms in which I had no access to the guest rooms I only clean the dirty empty rooms I've been accused of stealing money from a hotel safe which I don't have access to that only permanent employees has that and was also accused of stealing time pulling up on their parking lot clocking in and never coming in the building while I was working at the at home store on September 28th my whole account with Wonolo was suspended due to these false accusations I have no way of contacting Wonolo except through email I've requested a call but no one calls now mind you I am still waiting to be paid for the day I worked and them suspending my account I have no way to see my hours worked this is the worst app to work for and I wouldn't recommend anyone to work for wonolo.

    I am seeking legal action a retaliation lawsuit for Extended Stay false accusations against me. I have not been provided any proof date or time of these false allegations from wonolo
