  On December 19, 2023, BBB challenged this company’s advertising that appears on their website at https://quraqe.com/. The business website states:

  According to the BBB's Code of Advertising, 1. Basic Principles of the Code Advertisements should be truthful, sincere offers to sell. Advertisers have a responsibility to have substantiation for all claims made and should be able to provide that substantiation upon request.  All advertising that may mislead or deceive consumers should be avoided.

   

  Additionally, advertisers should be prepared to substantiate any objective claims or offers made before publication or broadcast. Upon request, they should present such substantiation promptly to the advertising medium or BBB. Advertisements which are untrue, misleading, deceptive, fraudulent, falsely disparaging of competitors, or insincere offers to sell, shall not be used. An advertisement as a whole may be misleading by implication, although every sentence separately considered may be literally true. Misrepresentation may result not only from direct statements, but by omitting or obscuring a material fact.

   

  Quraqe Homes LLC was notified and asked to provide substantiation for the items listed above or modify/remove the statements. To date, the company has not responded to our request.
