As an advisor on ****, Im totally disgusted with how the site has been run into the ground the last year, and cost Advisors their livelihoods, their cars, and even their homes. The algorithm has been rigged so that Advisors pay astronomical prices in featuring to be seen, but then recently a stupid carousel has been implemented where certain advisors are shown. The excuse being was to even the playing field. That doesnt make sense for those who are paying to be seen. If they arent selected for the carousel, they wont be seen, they wont get calls, they wont make money. Advisors have been constantly telling **** that our income has been drastically effected by **** poor management, bells and whistles (who cares about the colors if the calls dont connect??). People like myself who averaged $1,000+ per day who are now barely making $100/day since the $2.99 fee was implemented and the *** and carousel were put into play. Lets also talk about extreme payment delays since august. Passing the buck to the bank not realizing some of us bank with the same institution and we were told no complaints came from Keen about deposit glitches. Why are we paying for express pay, when the pay isnt coming expressly? Why are we paying to feature but arent being seen if we arent on the carousel? And how is the $2.99 fee going towards insuring the site runs properly when advisors pay a platform fee for the same reason? Isnt that double dipping? Please tell us Keen why you increased our commissions fee yet the site now runs like trash, endless dead zones, glitches that cause calls and chats not to be processed. Seems like home office and the few brown nosers that keen favors like the man who still gets his 13 calls and never changed his page so hes good, are the only ones benefiting from these ridiculous changes. Advisors do yourselves a favor, take your clients and get a pay per minute line through pay per call and run your own business. Eff Keen.

The latest scam by **** involves they're mandating a $10 minimum payment where you only need to add a few dollars to complete your call. They tell you they'll refund the difference .... in 3 to 5 business days? I don't think so. A perfect analogy here would be you going into a store to buy something that's only $2.99 but the cashier says you have to shell out $10 no matter what. What would you do?

We are happy to address this customer's concerns related to ****'s $10.00 minimum deposit amount. It is important to note that, despite how the fee is described by the customer, this minimum is not new and has in fact been in place for several years. Because advisors on Keen charge $1.99/minute at minimum, this deposit amount equates to five minutes of talk time with an advisor at most, which is considered a short conversation. As the customer indicated, unused funds that have been deposited and not used are always eligible for a refund. We do allow 3-5 business days for a refund to post back to the customer's account, however the refund is processed right away on our end and often posts back to an account sooner. It is common to allow 3-5 business days for an electronic transfer of funds to complete.

I have added money to my Keen account and did not show up in my account at all. I have disputed with PayPal, but PayPal closed without response from Keen.com. I contacted **** about this dispute and claimed that I disputed the charge with my financial institution and blocked me from interacting again. It is not my fault that they mishandled my funds, but I blocked their email address from contacting me again and if they caused me additional problems, I will press charges. They are thieves.

Hello, we're very sorry to hear about the experience you are reporting. Our records indicate that the funds added to your account were used to purchase services on our site, and it was your chargeback which initiated the closure of your account. Please know that our Customer Support team is always happy to go over transaction details with you, should there be any confusion. When using Keen, a history of your transaction details is available to view within your account, dating back over one year.

As an advisor on Keen I promise you that is one place you should never go. Clients and advisors both are ruled with an iron fist. Doesn't matter what rating you get you're going to get cursed. Whether you believe in it or not they do do it they cast curses on anyone and everyone so that you will be required to call. The rules only apply to certain advisors. They manipulate the meaning of words and such to benefit their own agendas. An example of this is their classification of their advisors. They insist beyond a shadow of a doubt that the advisors are independent business owners yet they have a specific set of requirements laid out for them and write them a **** which legally that's an at-will employ. And that's the nicest thing they will do to you. If you read the complaints you can see that they relish in psychological abuse. Once you make that first $1.99 call or free 3 minutes calls you will start noticing things going wrong in your life that had never gone wrong in your life before. And that's to get you to call back. They own most American psychic sites so getting away from them is not going to be easy. Go to ingenio.com scroll to the bottom and you will see all the psychic sites they own. Their goal is to create an addiction. And then keep you feeding them. Recently they started targeting a different class of people who can't really afford to have an addiction like this. And it's basically because the people that can afford it have caught on. No matter how much money you spend there they are never going to say thank you. They are never going to allow an advisor to truly help you. And the small print you agree to never have legal representation. When you see an advisor who doesn't understand why they've been deleted it's because they help someone and it would not be to the company's advantage to tell them why. Most but not all of the advisors are good people who do their best. There is nothing fair about their playfair team.

Hi there, we're so sorry to hear that you're unhappy with ****. You are correct that advisors on Keen are running their own businesses; **** tax forms are generally issued to independent contractors. As a company and brand, we certainly do not want users to hurt themselves while using Keen, such as by spending money they don't have. As advisors are running their own businesses, we do not coach them on how to interact with their clients. Although there is no specific set of requirements that advisors are required to follow when providing advice, all users on Keen agree to follow ****'s User Agreement and its subsections when joining the platform. The safety of our users is very important to us. If you believe that an advisor is behaving in a way that would go against ****'s User Agreement, please use our Customer Support form (*******************************************) to send a message to our Play Fair team.

Some of the readers on Keen Psychics have less then zero respect for customer privacy. I have had a delicate circumstances involving white collar criminal predators--predators who also hack online information. They were contacting people that I was in contact with or transacting business with via hacking (aka spying). They would tell these people BS stories so that the people they approached from spying on me would divulge information to them about me. While if someone came to me with something like that, I would not participate and in the minimum notify authorities; however, some people have either little sense and/or they want to feel important and will use any circumstance to do so. Bottom line, little to no respect for others' privacy, big concern for this type of business.

Hi there, we're sorry to hear about the experience you are reporting. Our records indicate that a somewhat similar issue was reported by you to our ************** team in February 2023 and that the claims could not be verified. A subsection of Keen's User Agreement indicates that users should not provide legal advice or predictions to other users, thus advisors on Keen would generally be unable to advise on the situation you are describing. We take the privacy of our users extremely seriously. Our ************** team is committed to investigating violations of ****'s policies and will take action against violating behavior as needed. Should you still need to report a **************-related issue, please reach out to our Play Fair team through Keen's Customer Support form (*******************************************).

I was brought on my a promotion for $1.99 for 10 minutes and anything further on would be $6.99 a minute. I went forward with the call for 31 minutes and was charged over $200! I was absolutely scammed and deceived. I immediately want a refund or I will go forward with legal action.

Actually more like zero stars. I too called about the 10 min. For $1.99 promotion. When I clicked on the promo, I added my email and I had access to the site, but I didn't see my 10 min for $1.99, now it showed3 min free. I called cs and they rudely told me they have two promotions. I said okay, but the one I saw was for 10 min for $1.99 then after I provided the requested info, it changed to 3 free min? She said that can happen? I told her that's false advertisement because you're interested in what they're promoting, but without asking the consumer, they give another deal automatically. Then she tried to tell me that promotion was probably gone, I told her when I logged out, it was still on their site. They're liars and the cs is garbage. ******, if that's even her real name, was the person who answered my line. She also wouldn't give me their corporate number. She said they are corporate and said they're was no leaders in charge who I could speak to because they'll tell me the same thing anyway. I hope they get sued for false advertisement!

First I think with the right leadership and algorithm tools, Keen could be great. They have attempted to obtain greatness many times over the years with several platform changes and advisor groups. The problem is the algorithms can be manually manipulated by staff. The Advisor platform is biased and discriminatory. They can control when you are featured and if featured costs match your placement in their daily Advisor lineup. Advisors will be at the top on Monday and the next Monday, they are at the bottom. That is how quickly the featured listings fees can change. It's a game of hiding in plain sight as the featured listing charges and status are d by Keen. There are no featured listing fees. When the Advisor app came out with bugs, failed connections were not reimbursed. The business model to succeed is to have regular customers with high call-back frequencies. Keen's ideal customer is the woman who suspects her husband is cheating and randomly calls every day three to five times a day. Keen is in the business to make money off the downtrodden, the insecure, the scared, and the financially weak. Keen wants that annual income money, your new salary from that promotion, and the equity in your home. Right now their focus is on new advisors and they are kicking out advisors who helped in their success from **** to the present.

I was an advisor on Keen as well as had a regular account. Here's the issue both accounts were disabled out of no where for no apparent reason. When I called cs I was told that Keen had sent an email stating they "reserve the right to disable accounts", and a code. I sent an email from my Advisor account and they never responded and I never received any email until days later. It was when I sent an email from my PERSONAL acct, they responded immediately with a duplicated message that was also sent to the advisor account stating "We reserve the right to terminate any accounts" I asked but what specifically did I do. It took 3 days later that I was falsely accused of disputing charges from last year 2021. I responded back saying You got me mixed up with someone else because your accusations of me disputing ANY charges is a flat out lie and defamation about me, they responded Oops, that email was sent in error, we got you mixed up with someone else. I said well since Keen sent that in error can you Unblock me...Keen/that rep never responded back. I really believe that behind the keyboard are foreigners over seas. They are non responsive, liars. They blocked me before stating my bank "didn't pay" them, then unblocked me saying I can resume. Anyone that has an account whether it be an advisor or a customer beware they're full of it and they will drop you out of nowhere. I also had $26.00 in my Advisor account. Who ever the rep was they were not clear, thorough nor apologetic for LYING on me and not once did they want to rectify the so called issue. My accounts were blocked because of THEIR LIES, and THEIR Mistakes. In real life if a company accuse you of something they make it right and apologize. They didn't do that. They still believe The lie they made up because they Never responded back to my question.
