      I rented an apartment from this company and found black mold almost immediately. ***, the first building manager, found the mold in the bathroom and sprayed. He soon after got fired or relocated. My mold issue came back a few months later causing me to have terrible mold poisoning symptoms such as vomiting, headaches, breathing problems, sinus congestion, and these symptoms only happened in the building. When Id leave the moldy apt my symptoms would go away within an hour or so. The new building manager did a mold test and suspiciously the same day they were supposed to receive the results the test magically went missing. I have text proof of everything. The manager **** also told me that breathing issues arent emergencys to me They did everything they could to not help me and hope the problem would just go away. I have photos, videos, text, and email as proof and you can go look at the ****** page and see the mold pictures Ive posted about the company.

      Simply put this is an unfair gesture to all tenants. There are plenty of tenants whom do their very best to upkeep compliance regardless of the ridiculous nature of the requests. I.e. (no backing into parking spots. Cars being illegally towed because the placard in the window does not match the stall even though in the lease it is written that a tenant has two spots. Charging an extra 30$ fee for what is claimed to be but not legally considered improper dumping. As well as having surveillance cameras installed not for the safety of residents but to monitor tenants behavior in order to enforce absurd fines.) Rents have been increasing yearly for two years which puts a strain financially on families. Utilities are also extra. To imply that an entire group of residents should be charged more money in utilities for a few folks who are non compliant is unfair, and unjust. A resolution to this would be to have this redacted. This in regards to ****************************** in ************.

      I am not liable for this debt with MERIDIAN MGMT REDWOOD ROYALE. I do not have a contract with PSCCOLLECTIONS. They did not provide me with the original contract as requested.
