    Hi. I have been a user of Use ********************** and the ** based planners, and meeting notes have helped me in my journey. However, their pricing fluctuates more, and when they released the ** employees plan (** workplace plus), I was told that it is $49/month and it will be renewed at $588/year. I opted for the monthly plan and when I went to renew, it said to pay $708/year. Use motion never notified that the price will increase if the user decides to renew it later. Their customer bot gives us a different pricing structure. When asked the customer service about the increase, they said that this is the new pricing change and can't reinstate the old pricing. Moreover, there is no guarantee that this price will not increase further. I had my months of work and meetings organized in Use motion, and now with their unstable pricing, I can't access my planned projects and workspace in motion and I need to pay a monthly or yearly subscription to access them, which is unfair. The company draws users with a set of pricing and increases it without any notification. I'd appreciate it if Use Motion could reinstate my subscription to the old pricing that they mentioned and I agreed to i.e. $588/year. Otherwise, refund my $49 subscription fees.

    I was told on the website that the fee for the "Motion" app would be $12.99 per month. This company, *******, sent me an email that went directly to my SPAM box so I couldn't see the email warning me that they were about to charge me $364.40 for this "Motion" app.

    I signed up for an account with ***************************** but decided not to use the service. I have not utilized the platform or any of its features. Despite this, I was charged. I respectfully request a refund for the charge, as I believe this was made without fully using the product or receiving value from it.
