While their money was reimbursed mine was temporarily reimbursed through gusto, they claim they needed more info from me but I was never contacted by them for this info (I shouldnt have been since I gave them EVERY detail in the original dispute form), then suspiciously they took away my temporary reimbursement MONTHS later and are claiming this is the only way they can resolve this issue." ...
