1 starI was billed twice in the same month. Apparently this happens a lot with this company. I tried to get a payment reversal, calling three times. Every time the customer service representative said it was going to be refunded to my bank account that day. Im still waiting!?Wisetack, Inc.

1 starUnfortunately, Wisetack did not make the cut for what I consider reputable loan company to do business with . Originally requested 0% - 3 months -$2900 , ignored my request slapped 8.9 % . Tried to lock in 8.9% to pay off in 1 month on 3 month contract , they shot it up to 26.9% . Outrageous! The cust svc were nice yet have no access to discuss rates , they blamed ****** Resurfacing for APR rate . I had just secured 0% with synchrony bank. Overall , they are less than honest with their rates . I then canceled my request. Paid cash for my floors and was relieved to never do business with Wisetack ever. May I say never pay an APR over O % to a loan company who uses such sneaky rate application .Wisetack, Inc.

1 starWisetack did pre approve ****** we proceeded with the job for replacement for HVAC, Air Conditioner , and water tank the job was finished and Wisetack makes you do a finalization after the final invoice received by the company doing the work we received that then went to finalize for the ******** and we were sent 2 emails stating we were approved for the ******** so I went to finalize and set up auto pay and it kept coming up ******** I called 4 times spoke with 4 different employees and no one can give me an answer. I would never never never use this finance company I reached out to the company advised I was filing a complaint they should have honored the ******** approval we received 2 emails for we never received a email saying approved for ******** only ******** I would not give any stars at allWisetack, Inc.

1 starI used wisetack for years to offer my customers financing and this past week a customer got approved everything went as it should... i waited a day or two not funds, so i called spoke to a customer service rep and was told sometime it is delayed at the holidays, seemed legit. Then... a week goes by still nothing i call in today and wisetack tells me they will NOT release the funds to me, even though i have done the work paid my employees and purchased materials... They say i have to send them 3 months worth of my companies bank statements or they will NOT release the funds even though i have already done the work. So now wisetack seems to operate like the Mob, this is extortion. I have never had to send any company Bank statements to recieve money THEY OWE ME. this is a shady business practice and I am only thankful it was NOT a large job i can lose a cople grand and not deal with a shady company again. DO NOT USE THIS COMOANY YOU WILL REGRET IT.Wisetack, Inc.

1 starA link to Wisetack was sent to me with my HVAC estimate, I filled out the request Tuesday evening June 27th, and was quickly approved by Email with a link to my options. I followed the link and one of those options was interst free, and noted as valid till July 11, 2023. The repairs were completed and my invoice was sent today Friday June 30th, when I used the link to accept and pay my contractor the terms have been changed, and there is ******** interest option available. When I contacted them I was told this was just an estimate of what may be available not an actual approval. Feels very much like a bait and switch operation. My next correspondance will be with the contractor who recomended that I conduct business with this company. **************** did an outstanding job, they exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately based on my experience with Wisetack I would have a very hard time recomending **************** to anyone.Review fromChristina M

1 starWisetack did business with U Do It Auto Repair and they lied and didn’t tell me my engine was damaged before I did the loan. I filed a dispute with Wisetack and gave them all the information - documents- proof from other auto shops that I had my car towed because after they “supposedly” fixed it I couldn’t drive it! And these people sided with them even though my car was paid off and I had to buy a new one because of the lies. It’s about money with Wisetack but the services was rendered under false pretenses. We have investigated this matter thoroughly and understand that your direct concern with Wisetack is regarding the result of the dispute filed with us on 04/14/2023. In accordance with Wisetacks Dispute Resolution Procedures located in the General Terms of Service (which all customers obtaining financing through Wisetack must review and accept), our disputes team reached out to both you and the merchant, in order to gather information on the dispute prior to decisioning.Unfortunately, in this case, our disputes team did not receive any substantiating evidence from you furthering your claim that faulty repairs by this merchant led to the ultimate damage on your vehicle. Additionally, statements from the merchant show that they had informed you of potential problems to your vehicles engine, if certain hoses within your engine were not replaced. The merchant was able to submit invoices and statements both showing you had declined services for this replacement. Therefore, our disputes team ruled in favor of the merchant. We understand that this may be frustrating and encourage you to reach out to the merchant directly, if you do not agree with our disputes team's decision. 1 starI was informed that I was approved for 0%APR for 36 months. I didnt believe so I call them and they confirmed it. I got my loan and started to make payments and realized that our over $700 payment was not adding up with the amount that was left on the account. I called and got transferred to someone who could not help me cause he was not customer service and told me I had to call back cause he couldnt transfer phone calls. I called back and informed the person of everything and she stated that there is no proof that I was approved for 0% APR, I was approved for *****% AND I was being charged over $3,100 for interest on a $6,000 loan! Thats over half the price!! What we went through was ridiculous and they are sneaky, horrible people! They take pride in misinforming their clients and this has to stop! There is no telling how many people that this company has ripped off! DO NOT SIGN A LOAN WITH THIS COMPANY!Wisetack, Inc.

Wisetack makes every effort to be transparent and clearly communicate throughout the loan process, and we have reviewed your account with us to ensure this. In order to accept a loan through Wisetack, you were provided with and electronically accepted a Truth in Lending Disclosure on 12/20/2022, which states your locked-in rate of *****% APR. Additionally, on 12/20/2022, you received an email titled Almost done! Please confirm your loan when the service is complete, which stated your loan details including the APR of *****%. Again on 12/21/2022, you received an email titled Hooray! Order complete, which reiterated the loan details including the selected APR of *****%. On 4/20/2023, we received two phone calls into our recorded Customer Support line from you, we have no record of prior calls placed in advance of confirming the loan. For quality and assurance the two phone calls have been reviewed by our team. The first call was transferred to our payments team who explained total interest for the loan as well as the APR being *****% APR. On the second call, our agent reiterated only being able to see a *****% APR option on your account and advised you to log into your account to alert us if there are any discrepancies seen in your portal. Therefore please note, Wisetack has not communicated or otherwise shown a 0% APR option in any of our correspondence with you.
