    Zero stars if it would allow.
    Ordered holiday cards, which arrived on time however the envelopes were wrong. I reached out to minted and 1) their chat sessions are a complete waste of time as they kept canceling and disconnecting the chats and 2) they offered to replace the envelopes but just kept resending the wrong order. When the "replacement" envelopes arrived, they were the exact duplicates of the first set, which were completely wrong. This replacement process happened three times and the envelopes arrived the exact same. WRONG every time. I ended up giving up and didn't bother sending the holiday cards.

    Received Christmas cards on Christmas eve. After three delivery changes. In which none were met. Embarrassing why would I ship the cards after Christmas. And customer service is not helpful at all. I will never use this service again. This is the second time this happened to me. And I won’t get a full refund. Disgusting
    They don’t even deserve a star. But I’m being forced to select a star.

    Minted simply cannot handle the volume of their orders and they admitted it. Delivery dates keep getting pushed back later and later and we ended up cancelling the order because the cards we ordered on December 10th wouldnt even ship until Christmas the earliest - after they stated the original arrival date was 12/17. They blame it on their printers. At least they fully refunded the order and frankly I believe they want people to cancel their orders because it lowers the work load. They used to be so good and weve used them for years. Never again.

    I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. I ordered Christmas cards and paid extra for rush delivery, expecting them to arrive on time. However, Im now over a week past the promised delivery date, and I havent received any update or explanation from Minted. I've called their customer service line over 30 times, only to be met with no response. My order status still shows in production, even though the cards were supposed to have shipped a week ago, so this is not a **** issue its a minted issue. The estimated delivery date keeps getting pushed back every time I check because the cards are still in production. At this point, Im out $300, and it's looking like I wont receive my cards in time for Christmas, meaning I cant even send them out if they ever do arrive. This has been a complete failure, and I will never order from Minted again.

    TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!Placed an order on 12/10 and paid for the fastest rush shipping so that I could receive my daughters first Christmas cards in time. The order was expected to arrive by Friday 12/13. By 12/11 I noticed my order still had not shipped so I reached out to customer service and have been given the run around. On 12/13 when my order was supposed to arrive I was told they would ship my order that day and it would arrive on Saturday 12/14. 2 hours later after the call, I receive an email that my order would not be shipping and that they are very behind. DO NOT TAKE PEOPLES MONEY IF YOU CANNOT FULFILL AN ORDER IN TIME! Thanks to minted my daughters 1st Christmas cards will be late to our family and friends. I will never shop with them again and will be sure to let everyone know. I am currently still waiting on my order to ship and have lost complete hope. **************** is terrible and to get through to someone on the phone you have to wait 30 mins. Oh and even when you pay for rush shipping and your order is going to be late you have to do there job for them and inquire on the status of your order. Disgraceful!!!!

    I paid over a thousand dollars for Christmas cards from Minted and was promised a delivery date of 12/11. For whatever reason my date came and went and no cards. With no explanation my cards were delayed to and stated they would arrive 12/12. No cards on 12/12. I reached out to see what was wrong and was promised a deliver date of 12/13. When I checked on the website later today they moved the ship dated to 12/19. So now my international cards will not make it in time for Christmas and that is assuming I even get them on the 19th. I have transcripts of my very very kind and polite chats asking if there is a problem and if I can help by choosing a different design or anything so that I can get them in time. I receive zero response just a further pushed back date. It feels like I am being punished for asking. AND, as I have said I have been so nice in my inquires and have transcripts to prove it. It feels very punitive for merely asking. It is so unfair and illegal to charge a person and then not fulfill the agreed upon contract. At this point I am a hostage because it is now too late to engage a different company and I have zero confidence I will even get these cards by the 19th. Save yourself the anxiety and stress and use a different company.

    Infuriating. I paid $40 for rush shipping and was told they would be delivered by today. Not only did they not arrive, but I was just told they wouldn't be delivered until next week. Extremely frustrating, I knew I never should have ordered them through this company. This is not the first time they did this to me either.

    Minted had a great concept of helpong artists unfortunately that was the only good thing about this company. Im sending out a vellum paper with invite that states please come to our wedding but spread the word that Minted lacks customer service as design team, production team and customer assistance dont interact. Designers changed our wording on initial proof of invite. then deleted wording on second proof. Production handles envelopes and unable to show a sample image, Font samples show all envelodes in a capital size fone but envelopes printed with upper and lowercase which looks terrible. The paper quality on sample isnt indicated and used DHL that held sample for 10 days before giving to **** to take another week to deliver. Unable to get website to send the sample as glitch in payment processs. Then charged for multiple line items with no notice. Too many disgruntled employees who probably arent getting paid and have no idea what they are doing. Only help came adter demanding a supvisor and it took three! ************************ and ******. Please plan to spend thousands,get headaches and never really know what you are ordering. Good Luck!

    When calling CS kids are in the background screaming the girl wasnt listening to me after I gave her all the information she ask me to repeat it as she was more focused on her children. Ask to speak to a supervisor after waiting g 55 minutes the customer service rep named ******* she didnt know how to transfer a call. She told me ***** would call back ASAP, gave her my phone number never heard from *****.. RUN from this company DONT order from them. Quick to take your $$$$ but to deal with CS is such a negative.
