      I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning experience Ive had as a consumer with American Giant, a company whose commitment to upholding warranty promises seems to be falling short.On multiple occasions, I have approached American Giant to address defects in the products Ive purchased, expecting them to honor their warranty agreement. However, multiple times, I have been met with the response that these issues are deemed naturally occurring defects. Or (its just the nature of the fabric) This pattern has left me deeply concerned about the companys commitment to consumer protection and fulfillment of their warranty obligations.The specifics of my case include a purchase of an item costing $128 on November 23, 2020, with order number AG-US-********. The business committed to providing items free of material defects, and despite reaching out for resolution, my concerns have been dismissed.

      I purchased a pair of pants online on 12/7/23. I returned them, asking for a credit, using Happy Returns on 12/18/32. (I've included copies of the original purchase and a receipt for the return.) Online I tried using the code on the Happy Return to see if it would give me the credit, but it didn't work. I contacted AG customer service, and ******* told me I was sent a gift card to my email. I never received it, but it's possible it was sent when my email address was down for about a week. At that time everything bounced back to the senders. I explained this to ******* (AG customer service), and then he ghosted me. I wrote again explaining that I was completely legit and that AG should be able to reissue my gift card or cancel it and send a new one. I received no response. I've been a customer of AG since their beginnings. This is really frustrating. They make a good product but their customer service is abysmal. At this point I prefer a refund to the credit, but I will accept either.

      Purchased a two sweatshirts that were on sale. Package was damaged and had postage stamps on it saying Damages on arrival. Opened a support ticket and it took over a week for a response. Once I received a response I was given a refund and a $20 gift card since was the product was out of stock . Even using the $20 discount I would need to spend around $40 more for a replacement/comparable product.

      I placed a $300+ order on December 13th, 2023 with expedited shipping. These were all christmas presents of course so I wanted to make sure to get them in time. I sent my first inquiry on 12/24 noting what the issue was. I received a response five days later (granted there was a holiday in there) 12/29 noting that the order must have been misplaced and new one would be sent. One item was out of stock and a question about a replacement color was asked. I responded back the same day also noting some items were now on sale and if a price adjustment would be done. I have sent at least 3 more e-mail inquiries only to receive the same "we are looking into it" reply. I have sent a message via ********* no answer. I sent an Instagram message; yay! a response but again it is "we have forwarded it on to customer service and they are looking into it". Here are the details of my order:Total amount originally charged: $307.40 Business committed to resending the lost order- nothing yet Order # is AG-US-********* No tracking number.I have tried the customer service numbers and they did not work- either disconnected or busy signal. I feel like my only recourse soon will be to file a claim with my credit card so they can reclaim the money.

      I placed an order for a sweatshirt on 12/11 and received a confirmation email. Order .# AG-** *********. I figured it was backordered after not receiving before Christmas. I used the tracking on the confirmation and found it has not shipped out. On 12/28 I sent an email asking where my order was. Waited 2 bus days and got no response. Sent another email on 1/2 and waited another 2 days. No answer. All telephone numbers that reference AG have been disconnected. Starting to wonder if theyre a real company. Sent a 3rd email today and have not heard anything. I now just want a refund. I purchased from them because they were a U.S. company. They need to do better. Requesting a refund of $108.

      12/13/23 Purchased a $200.00 e-giftcard for my son 12/13/23 received a confirmation of this transaction showing my husband (the cardholder) as the recipient.12/13/23 immediately contacted customer **********/**/** received an email suggesting that I forward the email confirmation to the recipient.*Unsurprisingly* it did not work as there was NO gift card attached.12/14/23 I filed another claim/repot on this order and was rewarded with an email asking how did customer service do?!2/15/23 I'm out $200.00

      I have not received the product I purchased online. I used the very last unemployment insurance paycheck ($119.65 ) to purchase this jacket. I never received the jacket, and I am starting to think that the company is either not real or is a scam. The Winter is coming, and I live here in *********, so you might be able to guess; I'm not a fan of the cold, not even slightly chilly weather. I need a replacement jacket and now, not only am I money-lesd, I'm without a big quality jacket to get me through the winter. I've been keeping close watch on the delivery status updates/ real or not, I can't tell, but the best or closest thing to receiving my order was some update about the package containing my order being rejected or not making it to the Delivery address. My delivery/shipping address is a known valid one: *********************, *********, ** *****. I've used it for other orders previously. I don't understand why there have been multiple attempts on my behalf to get this product shipped to me from American Giant company. I'd never heard of this brand before, until I began searching online forums for the perfect or suitable jacket for me. Something to last me a really long time. I guess I picked the wrong brand. I'm not sure. I can't be out of money and a jacket. Tired of waiting.       My item has not shipped. The customer service number ************ is a busy signal. I have contacted the customer service email and the customer resolutions email three times, with no response. Id like them to ship the item or refund the purchase.
