    Very MISLEADING company. I wanted to order a Christmas ornament that was clearly depicted in their sales page as a beautiful ornate glass style piece. What you will get is a cheap 2D photo on a 1/8in thick hard cardboard they call "Mica". They have a very restrictive return policy, most likely for all the dis-satisfied customers. There sales page has 100% positive reviews which I am certain are 100% fake. Shame on me for being swindled by *******************************

    ************. I ordered a "photo ornament" from their website. The examples on their website mislead customers to believe that it's a 3-D printed ornament, which would justify the $20.99 price. Instead, it's a simple regular 2-D photo printed on a piece of plastic. And it took forever to get here from *****. Huge markup...and even larger ripoff. Steer clear of this company.

    I would also like to note that doing a whois search of domain name shows registration to locations that have been flagged since 2018 by the ********************** Security for malicious software and fraud (articles available on ****** link when searching whois address info that link to articles provided by The *******************************)

    Here is the email they sent - the *********** is telling me there is a counterfeit postage and I can't get my package that I ordered for a Christmas present.I can't get my money back from them or another package sent to me.Please help ****

    I purchased an ornament from this company and received it at the end of November. The picture I sent was of my niece standing behind her band instrument. They cut off both sides of the xylophone. When I contacted them, they apologized and said "the resolution of the picture could affect the quality of the ornament" and they offered me 20% off my next order. I said the quality of the ornament was fine, the problem is half of the instrument is missing. Never heard another word from them. I filed a claim with my credit card company and was denied. They claimed the purchase wasn't covered under the purchase protection policy. I figured I would give the company another chance to correct the problem. I emailed them again and they responded and said they take full responsibility for all their products if they were sent out by mistake. Obviously, it should not have passed through quality control since half her instrument was missing. I was asked to send the original picture and a picture of the ornament that was sent. They said please rest assured and allow us 2 to 3 business days to work with our manufacturer. We will have this issue resolved for you at the soonest possible time". I did and waited a week and contacted them again. I finally got an email from them. They, again, offered me a "generous 20% discount on a future order" and they hope this gesture restores my confidence in their products. Trust me it does not!! Your customer service is horrible!! All I wanted was the ornament of my niece standing behind her complete band instrument. This could have all been avoided if they would have just remade the ornament. I also posted a review on their website and it appears that since I did not give them 5 stars, my review is not visible on their website. STAY AWAY FROM THIS VENDOR!!

    Add was misleading as I thought, according to the picture, I was ordering a couple 3D figurine of the picture I sent in. The ornament came back with a copy of my picture glued on thick plastic. I bought 1 for each of my 3 sons. The original price was $29.00. I contacted the company and they said in the description in states that it is made of 2D mica. I replied that the picture they had advertised looks like a figurine. They said they were sorry in the email, but not going to give me a refund. I also paid an extra $5.00 in shipping to receive by Christmas, according to their claim, which I did not.

Finally, they reply back and request for me to send back the wrong item in order to receive a full refund. At this point they can gladly have it and will never get my business again. WARNING! Never order from a site that does not have a telephone number where you can speak to a live representative.This was a ****** learned.

    Really wish I would have checked this site before placing my $300 order! Im happy to see that Im not the only one who was fooled by them. They advertise such beautiful figurine like ornaments, which made me fall in love with their products and thought that this would be an excellent gift idea for my family and friends, only to my disappointment of receiving cheap plastic garbage thats not even close to being worth the $21 that they advertise. Went to them via ******** demanding a refund for false advertising and was met with that its not false advertising since they state what the ornament was going to be made of ??. Then why showcase a beautiful product thats clearly not what you plan on giving out and charging $21 for less than dollar store quality. Will definitely not be using them again for anything and like everyone else if I could give 0 stars I would!

    **************** is awful. Received an ornament you could barely see the image. The quality is poor and the product is cheaply made. When reaching out to customer service they wont help or respond. This company is a scam! If I could give them 0 stars I would.
