    Shippo allowed me to purchase insurance for $420 on lithographs and $165 on a vinyl. The courier damaged the items due to mishandling and I filed the necessary reports to receive coverage. Theyre denying any liability and Id like to report them for fraud as theyre supposed to cover damaged items caused by the courier.

    Shippo has decided to "upgrade" our account to a Paid account that comes with a $19 monthly fee. I did NOT ask this of Shippo and they did NOT ask my permission to do so. Talk about an untrustworthy company. Also, they purposefully don't have a customer service number to call. So it looks like an ongoing scam. So i have no one to call and have this fixed. Just doesn't get very much more untrustworthy than this.

    I shipped A package In march that was destroyed by ****** And the company that I shipped through had Ex cover coverage to pay for damages. I filed a claim multiple times to try to get money and they keep f****** denying yet After a month of fighting with them I i have gotten nowhere I can't get it a human A human to talk to me and I am just tired of this and im out $ 800 hundred bucks

    I forwarded a package from physicaladdress.com on 10/28/2023, but it was returned due to a filing issue with them, I contacted **** and they told me to contact shippo, the provider of the Lable, to initiate a shipping claim, but shippo has been avoiding the issue and won't take responsibility, so I had to resort to BBB So I have to use BBB to file a complaint to protect my rights.

    I have not used ************************ services subscription as of February 2023 but have been charged monthly until November 2023. I attached all my billing and services with ************************ here. I used one service only, which I paid in full of $14.31, on 07/17/23 but did not use the subscription at all. ************************ has refused to refund me these erroneous charges. They can see I do not even use their subscription service at all but unwilling to refund me the charges. I am seeking a refund of $100 for subscription charges from Feb 2023 to Nov 2023.

    I hope you are well after receiving this letter. I am writing to file a formal complaint about a recent incident involving Shippo, a shipping service provider. My name is [******************] and I am a customer who shipped a package on 10/27/2023 using Shippo's services. The tracking number for the shipment is [tracking number], and I paid $98.12 in shipping charges for this service.Unfortunately, due to a Shippo declaration issue, I experienced trouble with my package, resulting in it being returned to sender. Despite numerous attempts to contact **** to resolve the matter, I was told that the issue was Shippo's responsibility.     Shippo does not have a working phone number. So when you run into issues, you're stuck! May as well have gone to the post office. The fact that they lack a customer service number looks like a scam. And once we tried to contact Shippo, it now looks more like a scam than ever.

    I purchased a shipping label on 7/27/23 from SHIPPO with a declared package weight of 5.5lb. I then took my package to **** and turned it in to the main desk. The clerk weighed my package as 5lb 8.8 oz and gave me a receipt showing the same tracking number as my label purchased from SHIPPO **** **** **** **** **** **** 68. On 8/3/23 SHIPPO charged me an additional $19.01 as a surcharge stating that **** did a spot check and weighed my package as 11 lbs, which was inaccurate. I had submitted my **** receipt to SHIPPO showing the correct package weight as determined by the desk clerk at **** and as declared by me when I purchased my label. There is no way that the package was 11lbs. I have contacted SHIPPO numerous times with no resolution to credit me this amount. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and requested SHIPPO to close my account. They will not close the account until I pay this additional surcharge of $19.01.

    Shippo.com has been shipping packages using my from address fraudulently (address fraud). I have repeatedly requested that they stop and they have told me they cannot control what a customer puts in the from address and to report the issue to the US postal service inspector general (which I now have). Unfortunately, Shippo.com does have the ability to suspend a user's account for knowingly committing fraud, and they have refused to do it despite multiple attempts to contact them (each time I'm informed of a new shipment - I notify shippo.com).     Shippo will charge you random surcharges and when you ask them about it they claim they are automatic surcharges by the carrier yet *** nor **** know nothing of the surcharges when you call them directly.. We recieved a $1,150.00 surcharge this morning on a package that was 24x2x2 and weighed less than a pound.. we have attached a copy of the invoice of the money they AUTOMATICALLY STOLE from my account.
