    I purchased a box of second nature mix nuts, the box contained one bag at the bottom that was opened, I contacted the company for a resolution to the issue. I sent an email and was told in a Reply that it was forwarded and would be followed up, after a few days passed without a reply. I inquired again today. I received a reply stating that there was nothing they would do to fix the issue as I bought the item at ****** business center ( not sure why that would matter). I followed up and explained that they are responsible for ensuring that what is advertised is delivered and it was not. I no longer want any equitable solutions from them as I have no confidence in the product or company. But I would like to file a consumer complaint as the company disregarded my email, never followed up with, nor offered a reasonable solution to the issue. I lost money on the purchase of the item in question and know it is the companies duty to deliver on goods and services that they offer to the public. I came to the BBB to assist me in ensuring that this company is engaged in proper business practices and reasonable equitable solutions with their customers. Consumers should know when companies ignore and refuse to make good on their failures.Thank you for your time

    Hello,

    World Pantry is the online store and fulfillment partner of *******************. We received the inquiry from ***** ******* on two occasions, and forwarded his complaint about the product that he purchased from a third party retailer, to the brand, so that they could work on resolving the issue for the customer. 

    I have followed up with Second Nature, and they confirmed that they did receive the emails from us, and replied to ***** *******. They were resolving the issue by sending coupons to ***** *******.

    We have been ordering caramel and vanilla syrups for several years. We had placed an order for a box of 12 bottles of caramel syrup when the company was offering a special. We still had bottles from previous purchases to finish, so did not open the new boxes until a few days ago. Instead of our order for caramel syrup we received cinnamon vanilla. No one in the family likes it. World Pantry states since it has been over 90 days they cannot correct their mistake. We had not needed to open the box until now, so did not know it was wrong. This is extremely bad customer service.

    I have now gotten 2 emails from world pantry saying I ordered products of over $100. I have done ZERO business with this company. The first time they advised me my email was used by a trainee. This seems like phishing to me.
