            I placed an order for some stickers on February 19th. Was told that my order should arrive between Feb 23rd-29th. When it didn't arrive, I contacted Redbubble via their chat option and was told if I didn't receive my order by Match 7th, they'd send me a new one free of charge.I contacted them today, the 7th, and they said no issue, they'd ship me a new order. The issue is, I needed them by the weekend since they were a gift. Thats the reason I ordered them as early as I did. I asked if they could expedite my order and was told no since I didn't pay for them to be expedited originally. I then asked to speak with a supervisor and they told me that I'd have to wait for one to reach out via email. It's been an entire day and I've heard nothing. This company has HORRIBLE customer serivce and their agents don't even use propper grammer. Totally unprofessional and I won't be buying from them anymore.

            If I could give less than one star, I would. I uploaded my artwork and they suspended my account and then deleted it. They gave a list of "possible " reasons why this happened. All of which did NOT apply to me. When I contact them asking for clarification, I get automated responses that talk in circles. Meanwhile, I have no idea what they've done with all of my uploaded artwork! What a SCAM and CORRUPT company!
