    "I placed my order over 3 months ago and my credit card was charged but I never received any product and have contacted their customer service 6 times and was told it would be resolved and they would reship my order and as of today May1, 2025 I still have no resolution, no product and my credit card has not been credited either. This is unacceptable and no way to treat a new customer."
