Thats very sad how that company trick people:((( I guess all what I have to do its to give my very honest review on the non working product and company who sign you up ( without letting customer knowing) in to pretty expensive and useless subscriptions! I did not order their product. I notified them immediately for a refund.They first stated that their policy states no refunds. I DID NOT ORDER!Now they state that the order has shipped and they cannot give a refund after shipment. Again, I notified them long before they shipped the product. Just another excuse for no refund. Like many of the people on here, I opted to try a three month supply as it stated, it was the most popular at the time. I did not request the reoccurrence. I did not find any benefit with the product. I had and continue to have no desire to use this product again. There were literally no results. The company took it upon themselves to bill me again and steal my money for a product that I did not ask for and do not want. Looking at the reviews, they seem to have a history of doing this and they continue to get away with it, and they need to be stopped. I was told to contact them for help again. They simply told me once they were mailed. They couldn't refund my money. I didn't ask you to mail them. And as I stated, I refuse any further deliveries from them, it takes a lot of audacity to do this to people, especially from a product that offers no real benefit. I used to see advertisements all the time on social media, which was what promised I didn't need to do the trial since I purchased it, I have not seen one single advertisement for this product anymore. They heard a bunch of crooks who don't care about the image or the harm that they cause.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because they knew who I was when they put my name on that box, it didn't require an email address. They knew who I was when they sent me that box with my home addressnot email address. They knew who I was when they were illegally took money out of my account for a product that I did not ask for and doesn'twork now, all of a sudden they don't know who I am because of my email address. The fraudsters literally just showed that their sole purpose is to deceive and then refuse to accept responsibility. But for good measure, I will add my email. Address to the conversation it's just to be a good sport. ************************** know exactly who I am...I the one who has kept it real in all my email responses.

I have sent 3 emails since March 2025 to cancel the monthly subscription. The product changed. Originally the capsules were brownish. When I received my March order the capsules were smaller and white! I asked why numerous times and finally was told they are using a different type of the previous product! The transaction took place in March 2025. I ordered Nova health supplements. I have been charged $463 to my credit card and did not receive the product. When trying to contact company I have not been able to reach anyone to help me find out the status if where or when my product will be arriving. I ordered their so-called weight loss pills on 24 Feb 2025, 6 bottles for $155.94 after their website said I would get to my desired weight by June 2025. I have been on pills as stated by them since I received them.I have not lost a pound. When I contacted them on 24 Mar 2025, I was contacted by them on 25 Mar, and was told they have cancelled my subscription. I never subscribed to them for repeat bottles.They told me, they have a no return no refund policy. So, they can make false advertising claims, and when their product don't work, the customer(s) have to suffer. is this fair and proper?I acted in good faith and they are ******* many people have they scammed this way? I was only ordering a 1 month trial and did not authorize or request reoccurring orders, I filed out the form online per their instructions requested this subscription to be cancelled and the autopay to be stopped and I received an unwanted bottle yesterday! I cant communicate with anyone no one replies its very frustrating! I ordered a one month trial for the product marketed on Instagram as "Nova" from,the company called NovaHealth for $49.50 which I received in October 2024 as a weight loss product. It does nothing but I thought well it was just one month and that was that. Well, I subsequently have received one a month each for $49.50 in November and now in December. Their "help support" email gets bounced back to me. There is no customer service number anywhere and I have tried various phone numbers to no avail. This latest package has a return address of ********, ** but the previous ones were from *************. In each case, I cannot find a company or phone number that corresponds to the name of the product. It is all over Instagram. I just want the deliveries and the charges to stop. Of course I would like my money refunded and I would be happy to send this bogus product back but I will settle for never hearing from them, never getting another delivery of this product and never being charged again.Initial Complaint

They said when they get the product back, they will refund my money, but they keep sending the product to me over and over and over. I keep sending it back,but again the next day someones back dropping it off at my house ,then I sent it back again then the next day it comes again. I have contacted these people several times but all they do is just email saying when we receive the product back will refund you I dont know what to do.
