    I am incredibly disappointed with Loop Earplugs and their customer service. I received a broken product straight out of the box that I never even got to use. When I reached out for help, I spent over two hours messaging back and forth with customer service, only to be told that I would have to pay to send the defective product back. This is absolutely unacceptable.All I wanted was a simple refund or replacement for the broken item that was delivered to me, but the process was so frustrating and unhelpful that I decided to return my entire order$150 worth of earplugs and ************** make matters worse, from here on out, Ill only be purchasing from Eargasm. Not only is their product far more comfortable in the ears, but their carrying cases are thoughtfully designed, preventing me from losing a single earplug during normal use. Loop may have a decent product, but their poor customer service and subpar design make it not worth the hassle.I will not be recommending Loop to anyone.

    It's a good concept, but does not work. I reached out to Loop to return my digital frame for a refund, and was ghosted. Very disappointed.
