Whenthe Customer makes a purchase Go Fish holds the sales proceeds untilFedEx gives Go Fish notification that the product has been delivered to theCustomer and then Go Fish waits 14 days for the return policy to expire.
Ifthere is anything wrong with the product that has been delivered to acustomer, they have 14 days to return it to the Merchant to be given afull refund. Merchants are obligated under Go Fish Marketplace Terms ofService to honor the 14 day return policy. The returned goods must benon-used and/or still in their packaging.
If the Customer doesnot return the product within 14 days after the date of receiving theproduct, their right to return the product will be considered asexpired, and Go Fish will then release the sales proceeds to the Merchant along with anysales commission owed to any Personal Shopping Assistants involved in the transaction. - Business Categories
