    i am trying to dispute a series of transactions on my debit card related to the app Triumph. On May 19, 2025, between 5:23 AM and 7:37 AM, I made payments totaling over $500 for what I believed was a legitimate tournament. At the time of the transactions, I was unaware that the app was a fraudulent gambling platform. I initiated these payments in good faith, thinking I was participating in a legitimate event, but after discovering that Triumph is involved in fraudulent activities, I attempted to contact their support team for assistance. Unfortunately, despite several attempts to reach out through both their support page and email, I have not received any response. They only said they cant refund to dispute with my bank and my bank cannot dispute fraud activity Here are the details of the transactions: Date: May 19, 2025 Time: Between 5:23 AM and 7:37 AM Total Amount: Over $500 Description: Triumph Tournament Given that I was unaware of the fraudulent nature of the app and have been unable to resolve this issue with their support, I am requesting that you investigate these charges and reverse the payments. Please let me know if you need any additional information or documentation to proceed with the dispute. thank you

    I have been scammed by this app on separate occasions and reached out to support and not heard back, losing out on over $1500. The games glitch and turn off, and when you try to contact support you dont hear back from them. I reached out on 3/2/2025 and never got a response and continue to have issues. Im seeking a refund for the amount.
