    ***** this company. Their job guarantee program is a scam. I completed the ********* course, which consisted of a collection of links to freely available website articles and links to LinkedIn course videos. Very little of the course material is unique to this company and I could have accessed those materials through other avenues. Post-course completion, I did everything asked of me to fulfill my job guarantee requirements as outlined in their job guarantee document. I even had my job guarantee period extended by 6 months by the company due to an increase in national unemployment rates. Now after 12 months of faithfully completing all of the guarantee requirements and asking for my tuition to be reimbursed as promised, Im being told I did not fulfill the requirements and the company is citing specifics that are not included in the companys guarantee document. I was told that I needed to complete 2 informational interviews a month and I did. Now the company is saying that 5 of those informational interviews do not count because they are considered duplicates because I met with the same person more than once. Nowhere in their job guarantee document does it say I have to meet with a different person for each informational interview. And at no point during the bi-weekly meetings I had with my career coaches did anyone point this out to me or tell me I was not fulfilling the job guarantee requirements. I have read multiple stories of other individuals who have experienced similar treatment when asking for their tuition to be reimbursed. This company promises to help you advance your career. What it is actually doing is taking advantage of people and costing them $10k+ for nothing in return.

    I completed the UX/Career Track April of 2024. I recently completed the job guarantee period and applied for a refund. Springboard approved my request but said they are paying it back over 12 months rather than refunding the entire amount. The agreement never stipulated they would not refund the entire amount. This is really not cool, probably not legal, and definitely not ethical. Shame on you, Springboard.

    Be very mindful of this company before you sign up for any of their courses, make sure you speak to students. The course is over priced and out dated, they will promise you money back guarantee if you dont secure a job, thats a total lie, no one has been able to get their money back and if you want to discontinue the course after you have paid, that will be ************** can get better courses with better programs with way less than what they charge.Beware!

    I enrolled in the Data Analysis Career Track and was promised support and guidance. Instead, I got 'mentors' who regularly missed meetings or rushed me off of calls, a slack channel where answers are dispensed instead of guidance, and a curriculum made up of ******* videos and subscriptions to Linkedin Learning and DataCamp. Very little original content and not at all what I was promised. For the price tag I would consider this a scam.
