    I think this company is a scam. I signed up for a free trial and on the first day of the free trial was charged $615.49 on the debit card that was on file. ******* ****** stated that she does not see this information. They are taking people's money for no reason and having them sign up under false pretenses.

    I set up an account for my son back in August 2024, the app never properly worked. I tried using my phone, tablet, and my laptop I could not get it to work. They took their monthly fees for August and they just took more money this month. When I reached out to cancel my subscription they asked me for my email address. Then said there was nothing in file for that, then I provided my bank statement my debit card information to get my money back and they claim there was nothing on their end that they could see from me.
