      I purchased/enrolled in Simplilearn's CSM course on July 30th. The dates the class was supposed to take place are Aug *****th. I very soon realized it is not suitable for my job, and requested a refund on Aug 3rd. (I have not even begun viewing the content of the course or material or use any of the resources. This can be proven) On Aug 9th Simplilearn reached out to me informing me my refund was approved. That led me to understand that I no longer needed to prepare for the upcoming course/exam. I then scheduled other obligations on Aug *****th understanding the class was canceled and refunded.On August 11th, at midnight (11:58PM), the very night before the class, Simplilearn reached out to me informing me the refund is now rejected.I have called them numerous times, and reached out via email numerous times, and continue to be dismissed with any resolution. On the phone, the previous night, I was also told to not attend the class Supporting documents can be found attached.

      On July 19th I paid **** for a postgraduate program. The Salesman was very pushy and insisted I payed right away over the phone. He also told me I could get a refund no questions asked if I didn't like the first class.I thought I was paying for a program that was mostly taught by *****************, but quickly realized after the first class that only one session out of the entire program is taught by ******. I realized I had been mistaken/mislead about what I paid for and decided I wanted a refund.On July 25 (Sunday) I tried to refund through their website, but it said refunds were not available. I then called them the next day asking for a refund and every day since including today (28th) I have talked to them and they keep asking me why I want a refund and that they will forward my request to the relevant team. At this point they have just lied to me. When ever I talk to them they can't seem to do anything and always have to "get back to me" I want my refund like I was promised

      I am rejecting this response because: I was within the refund policy when I initially requested a refund. Documents are attached that show when I ordered the service and called for a refund. You can see from the timestamps that it is within 7 days, barely but still is.

      I am rejecting this response because: I have attached the validated proof showing your email saying that I registered this course on the 20th and my phone call to the simplilearn number on the 27th to request a refund. Now that I have proven that I called within the refund policy please give me my refund.

      I paid for training in cloud architect program they offered. I explained my background and asked did they think I would be able to accomplish this program. They said yes. I would have resources if needed to get help. No resources were provided from the school. I was informed to go to the student board and seek help from other students taking classes. Informing me that there are resources to obtain help and the enrollment specialist made no mention the help was from other students. Simplilearn contacted me last week to ask if I needed an extension since I had not completed the program. I conversed with the representative and was offered a work around. ****** said he would see if they could get into a class that would help or see if they could help in some way. The work around was to enroll in another course and pay $3,500. At this point I would like a refund of my $1,000.00.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      map they reached out and extended the class that I paid for.  The issue is I do not have the foundation to complete this certification.  I explained this to the ********** in admissions whom assured me I would be able to complete it.  When I spoke with their representative three weeks or so ago.  He said he would reach out to his supervisor and see what they could do.  I did not hear back from them.  So I called, the gentleman name was ******.  ****** called me back and offered me the pen state cloud computing class at no charge. Told me to look at and let him know.  He then called me back to state he actually could not offer me that one he could however offer a data science class.  When I inquired would this be complimentary as a foundation he said it would ******* additionally.   I explained I could not afford that nor would I.  He said they could offer me another class at a discount.  That class was ******.  He said he would give me ***** discount.  I thanked him and said I had no time I would review but I would pay them ****** that I might split the cost with him but I do not think them trying to get more money out me was a good or fair practice but ******* I would think about it.   I spoke with ****** again and he stated they would not offer me anything now except extend my class.  Some other person reached to notify via email and keeps spewing his opinion not facts  so I filled a complaint with you so that others dont get scammed by this company.   They frankly just want more money out of me.   I work hard and had to scrape up money to pay them foe this class and got no education for it.  Its bad practice when you scam the less fortunate.

      Again, I don't have the foundation to complete it without giving them more money for another class which again there is no tutor to help or any assistance for in the way of mentoring for someone like me.
