              We used Brillant.org while we were homeschooling our child. We then stopped homeschooling her and was sure we cancelled the service. They bill on a yearly basis. We were just billed in April for another year of service. We have been unable to locate any emails, account number, etc. to verify the cancellation. Since seeing the charge on our credit card in April we have sent 2 emails to the company. We tried to reach someone on the phone but the message states that they do not handle any communication via telephone and to email them at ********************* We have received no response from them about making sure our account is cancelled and we will be refunded the most recent charge.

              I got a charge of $129 to my bank account yesterday from this company. I do not recall signing up for an account with this company Brilliant.org. I tried signing-in with my iCloud information, ******** information, and ****** information. None of those accounts showed a current or past subscription with this company. I emailed the company and got no response. I guess now I will have to take things up with my bank to get my money back. It's a fraudulent company so beware. I would've never signed up for a subscription to a company like this that charges $129 lump sum. They need to make it more clear that instead of charging a customer with a $10.29 monthly amount they are going to charge it to your account all at once. But the part I'm confused about is it doesn't seem like I ever signed up for a subscription with this company in the first place.
