      Snap finance is adding on extra money on my pay off balance and its misleading and cheating me the more I pay them add more to my pay off balance I call and ask why my balance not going down and t he e keep telling me that how it set up I am more frustrated and deceived by snap finances this is put a hard strain on me because am trying to finish my pay off balance and still I really need some help here o should only have $1000 to pay off and I put $800 down and now the add an extra $1200 so now I fall back to $2000 plus to pay off by February 06/2026 I know the cheating me out of what am supposed to originally should pay for the bed set the price for the bed set is $2500 in total and now an going to end up paying about $5000 I really need this to investigate because I feel I have been scam with this company

      We closed on a home equity loan with LoanSnap on 11/1/2023. They have yet to fund the loan and will not tell us when the loan will be funded. For the last almost 30 days they have given us the run around. The title company last communicated with them on 11/9/2023 and were waiting on funds. We are almost to the point where we want the whole transaction cancelled.
