    During the month of the July their offers are being marked as failed right away when attempting to do them They also intentionally will delay credits for 20 minutes at fixed times throughout the day Their customer service is obviously AI and they dont have real people available to address these issues

    Completed a tapjoy offer yet didn't receive my reward after spending hundreds of hours. Contacted customer support multiple times (can only be contacted via chat) and takes 1 day per response. Claimed I violated a term, but I looked through all terms and have proof none were validated. I asked tapjoy for the specific term and they won't give an answer (probably because no term was violated, they just don't want to pay out). A quick search shows this unethical business practice happening often. This is the specific customer ID Conversation ID: #*******

    An offer was completed and i spent 7 days going through support in the end all i got was a copy pasted response that was irrelevant to the ticket. Im still working towards resolving the issue. Given the pace of support as well as their conduct it would not be much of a stretch to consider their buisness practice fradulent in nature or at the very least deceptive.

    They have ONE set of rules for the Offer details but when you complete the PAID offer and don't get your diamonds, they present a whole other set of rules in the chat when you reach out! I completed the offer as it directs on the offer details from the offer wall and I have reached out twice and they keep closing my ticket saying that they havent received the information and proof they have requested which is somethingtotally differentfrom the offer requirements. However, I have sent it over and over again. I have too many screenshots and they keep responding as if they're still waiting on it. So it seems as if their chat is not working and they used to communicate via email and that's how they need to communicate right now because something is not right!

    This is a scam. They get you to buy goods, collect fees from vendors but never supply rewards to the consumer. This isnt just bad service, its an illegal business strategy.

    I completed 2 offers for puzzles and conquest and im yet to receive my rewards, I received the rewards for completing tutorial reaching level 5 and 7 but now that ive completed and reach level 12 my rewards wont be granted for upgrading my base to level 10 and 12, Ive sent all required documents but I keep getting the same automated message about my ineligibility to receive, if I was ineligible how did I complete the first 3 steps? this is absolute nonsense and a waste of time credit players for there efforts in completing your offers and set up system where person can talk directly with actual humans instead of that nonsense bot you guys have. My conversation id is ******* where all proof has been sent to receive my rewards and im looking forward to get a response from an actual human this time

    I play allot of games,In allot of offerwalls,Tapjoy by far has been the worst,3 out of the 4 games I am playing stopped tracking,I have family to using tapjoy,And it's half his games stopped tracking,I recommend going somewhere else.

    They offers for free points by advertising for games with suspicious or often predatory behaviors or with un-balanced requirements to aquire their in app currency. An easy example is their partnership with ******* and ********, owned and ran by ****************************, listing a required action of paying $20s for roughly 7.50 worth of credits in tap joy. Not even half, barely over a third of worth. Any attempt to contact them is run through ********* acquired by tapjoy before they were purchased by Unity Technology.

    UPDATE THEY ARE STILL PUTTING ME IN CIRCLE. THE ORIGINAL CASE NUMBER I CONTACT THEM ON WHICH IS ******* HAS NOT BEEN RESPONDED TO MORE THAN A WEEK NOW I HAVE PROVIDED PROOF AND THEY KEEP CLOSING MY OTHER TICKETS AND TELLING ME TO CONTACT THROUGH OFFERWALL WHICH I CANT BECAUSE I HAVE A CURRENT TICKET THAT HAS NOT BEEN REPLIED. THIS MAKES NO SENSE HOW CAN I GET MULTIPLE REPLIES FROM PREVIOUS TICKETS OR EMAIL BUT NOT MY CURRENT TICKET I HAVE A PROBLEM ******* TRYING TO GET YOUR HELP SO SOMEBODY AND FIX MY PROBLEM WITH MY CURRENT CASE BUT NOBODY LISTENING TO ME THEY SAY THE SAME THING, "CONTACT US FROM THE OFFERWALL SO WE CAN HELP YOU DIRECTLY WE ARE CLOSING THIS TICKET NOW". LIKE HOW???? I CAN NOT CREATE A TICKET ON THE OFFERWALL IF I ALREADY DID A WEEK AGO. THATS WHY I TRIED TO GET IN CONTACT THROUGH PREVIOUS TICKETS I HAD MADE AND LET THEM KNOW BUT THEY KEEP SHUTTING ME DOWN.     I have purchased from Tapjoy a number of times thru a game I play, Design Home. They are NOTORIOUS for not honoring their promises of awarding game play tokens for purchases offered on their Offerwall.
    They make up reasons why they don't have to reward you. The back and forth is exhausting. After a few times of not receiving their promised tokens I began taking screenshots of every step in this procedure. These included screenshots of: the original offer on their offerwall, steps to complete their requirements, meeting their purchase requirements, purchase date, price and order number, email from company purchased from verifying my purchase, from their offerwall on an obscure page, the resolution status of your inquiry.
    Then after so many emails back and forth, they start the process all over again. They will close the ticket and mark resolved. I start over again and the same steps are again asked for. Then you have to open another request.
    This may happen several times before you receive a message that you've opened too many tickets for the specific purchase, because they close it, and again I have to start over. I consider them fraudulent because they offer an award if you purchase the advertised product, which sometimes is over $100, then make excuses why you won't receive the rewards theyve offered. This has happened so many times, and I always think Ill document my purchases better. But even then they will find some other piece of information either I don't understand or didn't screenshot.
    Reporting their practices has been a long long time coming. They should be investigated by BBB and any other accredited business review service.
    They are definitely demonstrating what I would consider fraudulent practices. Theres no other word for it, in my opinion, as well as many others.
    User's recommendation: Do not buy anything from Tapjoy, an online game resource for acquiring additional game play tokens.
